If Kwame Harris plays again, San Francisco is done. I've never seen anything positive come out of that guy blocking somebody.

You mean that you've actually seen him block someone?

The Rams game is a big swing game for our pick.

Bulger and Jackson are healthy again. They're going to SMACK the 49ers and probably win a few more games moving forward this year.

Really doesn't matter who plays they both suck.

One game at a time. One loss at a time. Can we get that memo out to those guys?

Dilfer is past his prime, but he was once much better than Smith. Vinny (as well as Favre) have shown us again that someone over the hill can still have success even if it's not consistent success. And last I checked, Dilfer has as many SB rings as Peyton Manning.

Dilfer is consistent in his sucking. You know that you are going to get your basic run-of-the-mill bad quaterback when he is in there.

Smith, however, is a more dynamic sucky quarterback. He has the potential to actually be almost average at times, but he also could give you some of the worst quarterbacking that you will see all year.

Can we get a sucky-meter scale to gauge. Say baseline is Ryan Leaf:rocker:

I actually feel bad for Smith, I think he has been much more hurt than we were led to believe. I remember a game a couple of weeks ago where the announcers kept commenting that he must be hurt from the way he was throwing and they couldn't believe his coach wasn't taking him out, and I was agreeing the whole time, the kid was obviously in alot of pain and probably should not have been playing the past few weeks.

Seriously, they better not be looking ahead to figure out, say, how they are going to lose to the Vikings at home, they better be damned focused on losing to the Rams.

Ya, Smith finally didn't reject the idea that maybe he should sit out the rest of the season for the good of the team. Not sure what good is going to come either way:rolleyes:

To be honest, the Cardinals and the last two games are the only one's that I know without a doubt, they will lose.

The Rams, Panthers, Vikings, and Bungles are all very bad teams.

Though I think the Rams will be better this second half and the Bungles will just simply outscore the 49ers easily. I can see them beating the Panthers or Vikings.

Trent Dilfer starting this week should be good news for us, because there was always the chance - albeit a slim one - that Smith could regain his mojo. Dilfer's mojo isn't walking through that door, and has in fact left the building.

And don't forget to save some negative vibes for the Faiders, who owe us their 3rd-rounder next year.
