OK, something that's always bugged me, and I now bring up while I while away the bye week...

The shoulder pipings on the Colts uniforms make them look cheap. If you look at old Baltimore Colt uniforms, you see them extend all then way down under the arms; if not complete circles, at least they appear to be as they disappear under the arms at rest. Ditto for the old Pat Patriot unis when they had shoulder pipings, and ditto for most any other NFL unis.

But on the Colt uniforms, they simply stop at mid-shoulder, don't even pretend to circle under the arms. To me, this has always screamed cheap and high school'ish.

What does everyone think? I wonder what Colt fans think.

see? they even cheat on the fabric they use for their unis.

despicable

You never seen the current Giants home and road uniforms...

surpassing excellence - lol

This needs to be in the yearbook to remind us we played them and the refs, in their dome and with that noise and with that lead.....:singing:

They shouldn't even be wearing those uniforms to begin with. The colors and team name should've remained in Baltimore, and the Irsays should have renamed the team once it moved to Indianapolis. That franchise has been a sham from the day they loaded the moving vans and headed west.

Thats great. Where did you get that picture?

It was e-mailed to me, not sure the actual source, but I laughed my @ss off when I saw it :D

The Peyton/Ref hybrid is great.

But as to the thread subject, perhaps it's so that the pipings look more like Horse Shoes?

I said it bugged me, didn't say I dwell much on it. And again, whiling away the bye week.

So what bothers YOU these days?!? :snob:

I agree, the City of Baltimore sure screwed up on that one. Too bad they weren't as smart as the leaders in Cleveland.

dtbrks, this is fantastic, is there anyway you can find a clip of the Hobbs PI call with the referee and super-impose the Colts jersey onto the official, that would be out of this world.

Better than their fans.
