Ok, I am watching the NFL network and Solomon Wilcots is talking about the Chiefs running back situation now that Larry Johnson is hurt. He was talking about Priest Holmes and the third stringer I think his name is Coby Smith. Wilcots said and i'm paraphrasing...(Warning! Next line is kinda blue!)"The only thing Coby Smith needs to do is give Priest Holmes a blow when he needs one." And I'm thinking Damn! Those third stringers will do anything to stay on the roster!

Wilcots did his share of "odd jobs" I assume as well...

Not really that funny if you ask me. That term is used quite a bit in the football world.

I have a sense of humor I just don't laugh at this elementary, PG, mainstream non-sense.

I appreciate creativity, witty, cleaver and well thoughout comedy. A.k.a Southpark and The Office.

And your Dolphins, since they are the biggest joke in the NFL.

See, not cleaver, not witty and very elementary. Therefore, not funny. You receive an F for content on this one.

And yet again you score an F for spelling. :D

Way too illude the topic, F for refuting my argument.

"to elude"

You're giving me an F for proving your argument wrong? You make no sense.

re·fute
–verb (used with object), -fut·ed, -fut·ing. 1. to prove to be false or erroneous, as an opinion or charge.
2. to prove (a person) to be in error.

The proper phrase is case in point.

case in point
n., pl. cases in point.
A relevant illustrative example.

So did you come to this board to talk football or correct grammar? Usuaully when someone conceeds a point they chose the latter.

I know I won this arugment, I'll just move on.

I might start sending you my articles via e-mail so you can correct them for me.

How about we talk bets?

Notice the lack of a (logical) response.

Ouch aqua, this wasn't a good one for you :( (or is it :))

All you did was correct my spelling. Eat your own words, buddy.

Spelling, no. Ignorant mis-use of words and expressions, yes.

What's ironic is that WaterBoy touts his nascent career as a sprotswriter. No writing skills and a superficial at best knowlege of his topic (football). He's been schooled repeatedly by DaBruinz over his wannabe sportswriting.

Still hasn't paid off his lost bets either.
