Last year, McDaniels really only had the QB and the TEs. The o-line and RBs struggled a lot last year. He had no WRs last year.
McDaniels might not be elite, but he is a top tier OC. People are doling out credit to Brady, Moss, Welker, Stallworth, the o-line, etc. and he deserves a lot of the credit too. His in-game adjustments have been near flawless all season.
Really? Last year our O-line was stacked with talent, our TE's were solid, our RB's were also talented... McDaniels has benefitted from not only high offensive draft choices, but recent offseason moves.
McDaniels is like Norv Turner with Jimmy Johnson, benefitting from the Pats' talent and success, but really what has this guy done to prove to you that he is an elite OC?
