Forgot to tell you guys... Saw Chad at the Providence place mall this past weekend. I was there looking for a jacket. I knew it was him from afar. The "bling bling" number 17 chain with the pats logo gave it away though.

He was also at the celtics opener (among many Patriots players). He was sitting next to Maroney. He looked like he was about to eat a huge hoagie too .

Seeing Santurdio tear it up last nite has made me want to see CJ on the field even more. Put him on the field with those three and

Moss is actually about 209-210. Danny must have been missing something or viewed someone else, because Chad's NOT 200-205. Heck, he weighed 213lbs at the combine coming out of college, and WR's usually try and drop a few pounds for the combine, so they'll be faster. Do any of you honestly think he looks smaller in the above picture (from a recent 2007 practice)? If anything he looks slightly bigger.

He doesn't look like a fun guy to try and tackle, let's put it that way.

Jackson looked to be in good condition. Seemed like a very nice kid. I did not bother him. I have been a critic of his. I just hope he can get on the field and do something.

He was not even close to as big as some of you guys make it sound on here.

Ouch. I think you are giving up way too soon on him. He has been hurt and now he's on PUP. Watson missed his entire first year and didn't become a big weapon until his 3rd year so give Chad some time to get on the field why don't you?

Those stats are inflated. 6 '1 200 - 205 looked about right. (In great condition) I am 6'2 and he was shorter then me. Not by more then an inch though.

Im am not saying the guy is small. He is in great shape. However he is not as big as people around here make him out to be.


I was expecting this man child by the way people talk around here.

Are you sure it was him?

He's 6'1" and weighs between 215-220lbs, that's pretty good sized for a WR. here's what he looks like:
