the game at chicago in 2002 was also a big comeback.

That was a huge one, with Brady throwing an almost-interception but knocking it away while the defensive lineman was bobbling it so it was incomplete. Last night's may have been bigger.

I think the Snow Bowl will be impossible to top in terms of comebacks but as far as regular season games, this has to rank at the top or at least near it. Does any other comeback approach what happened yesterday?

-Billed as the "Game of the Century"
-10 point deficit with 9 minutes left
-Undefeated, defending SB champs IN THEIR HOUSE
-Very good defense with 2 picks already
-2 amazing TD drives in no time at all

Thoughts?

Super bowl 38 with the back and forths was the best.

any playoff comeback is bigger than this cuz it's the playoffs but this was proly abive the Denver "safety" game

The steelers game with 1:21 to go sticks out in my mind.

I thought of that one too- what gets me about yesterday is that he delivered TOUCHDOWNS and not FG's this time - weren't the haters busting on him last January for not coming through when he had to have a TD?

The Denver game was good too.

Indy will always stand out because we clipped their win streak before it approached ours :)

EDIT: Isn't it awesome that Brady has a great comeback in the house of our 3 biggest non-divisional rivals? haha

I don't remember the year or exact details of the game, but for some reason a game against Houston sticks out in my mind. I know the Pats played horrible all day and were losing late in the 4th. Brady threw a 4th down td to Daniel Graham with very little time left. I don't remember if it was a great comeback, but for some reason, this game really sticks out in my mind.

I think the San Diego game back in 2001 was pretty amazing. He helped them come back from a 10-point deficit in the 4th quarter to tie the game, then led them to the win in OT.

I remember that game as being the first real inkling he might be something special. It was only his 3rd start, but he put the team on his back and was the reason they won. The Pats had no running game, so he put the ball up and threw for 354 yards for a couple TDs and no Ints. There were times in that game where San Diego defenders came in unblocked and he got rid of the ball before they could get him.

Watching that game, I realized that Bledsoe never would have won it. It was the moment that made me realize he was their QB of the future.

How freak'n cool is it that fans can bring up so many wonderful comebacks!!!

Since it was the most recent, it sure was a great comeback and I think that we all can agree.

I have to admit that things looked perty dark there at the 9 minute mark.

And when green stripped the mighty manning, and colvin grabbed that ball, I was stunned. I was just babbling wierd sylables, and getting all these twinges of excitement running through my neck. It was almost orgasmic. And then they showed the colts sideline with all those mopey faces and my head just blew right off my body.

Yea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:rocker: :rocker: :rocker:
