Chad Johnson was on Sirius NFL Radio tonight, and I swear I would have thought he was a Patriots' player.

Adam Schein asked him about the Patriots "running up the score", and he completely came to BB and the Patriots' defense. He said "I love it, and I would too". When asked he talked about the players and fans that said the Patriots should have an asterisk next to the Super Bowl wins, and he laughed at that and said "YEAH RIGHT". Adam Schein said that he agreed with Johnson that that kind of talk was "garbage", and Johnson said because of that, the Patriots were making a statement.

I wish I didn't have the memory of an 85 year old, because I was loving what I was hearing. My take was that he was laughing at the excuse makers big time, and enjoying the Patriots doing what they are doing.

This dude and BB really respect and like each other, and it's kind of cool, to be honest.

This guy wants to play here, I'm telling you. Too bad it can't happen.

Maybe he and Chad Jackson can change places on the roster for a while.

Or would that be too much of an over-kill?

Ya think anyone would notice?

Funny, you wrote: the memory of an 85 year old.

Ocho Cinco Baby, coming to New England in 2008.

Get this guy on this team ASAP. Everyone knows he wants to be a Pat so why wait until he becomes more disgruntled in Cincy.

Ooh, very observant. I'd like to say it was intentional, but I'm not that bright.

I thought this was about Chad JACKson for a second and all I could think was, "Who wants to talk to HIM?" and "Why the Hell is he saying all that?!" and "Why are there Pats fans who think that's a good idea for him to say that?!"

I wonder what Bengals fans think of Chad. I like the guy, but then again I don't follow his team very closely. Is he a selfish player? Does he contribute to the chemistry problems on that team?

oh my god... i can almost see it... ocho cinco in a pats jersey in 08....

I have two close friends who are Bengal fans, and they love the guy. I think he's great, and hope that I would say that even if he wasn't ripping the anti-Patriot whiners.

I would strongly consider trading down in the first round and getting an extra second and maybe a first rounder next year, and ship the low first rounder or the second rounder to Cincy for Chad Johnson.

He is rumored to be on the outs in Cincy anyways, and I find it doubtful that Moss and Stallworth will both be back next year.

This guy loves Belichick and Belichick seems to love Chad Johnson. That guy has some serious talent and we need to keep the WR position stocked going forward.
