LOL, Why am I not surprised?

Vince Wilfork was fined a couple times this year for alleged illegal hits - If he does it again this week I hope its worth the price he pays the league ;)

I think he should've been awarded $7500 for it, personally.

LOL I hear ya!!

I saw the hit and it was no big thing,Peyton fell to the turf and jammed his shoulder pad into the ground I have no idea why he needed smelling salts after that hit,it didn't look bad,Hes just a big pus&y.

I actually commended him for getting right back in the game and throwing a bomb down the field. You really didn't think the hit looked bad? I did. Certainly worse then Wilfork's falling forward.

what about that hit that put garrard out of the game? man i hate those slime balls...esp dungy-polian .when have they had a call go against them?!

IMO it WAS an illegal hit as he did lift the QB off the ground before driving him into the turf, at least that's how it looked the 150 times I watched it on the DVR.

but then again the hit that took out Gerrard was also illegal as it was low....

Dungy will not have a call against him...he is Christian, and the first black coach to win a Super Bowl...that trumps everything

He did not fall to the turf. He was driven to the ground, and it was an illegal hit. He deserved the fine, and if Dwight Freeney drives Brady into the ground like that Sunday, this board will explode in full out vagina mode screaming about how dirty the Colts are.

I'm glad to hear he got the fine. I'd certainly want the same for Brady if he was hit in the same way.

The Wilfork hit was ridiculous. He didn't do anything wrong. Was he fined?

Your idiotic comment about Peyton aside, I agree. Jenkins had Peyton and then both fell over Diem, who was laying on the ground after being beaten by his man again....the plug.....

But I don't think it was a dirty hit. Had Jenkins been on his feet and picked up Peyton and slammed him, that would have been dirty.

How so? Ed Johnson was already on the ground next to Garrard. What was he to do? Lie there and NOT grab his feet.

plus he's won the "best human being in the entire universe" award, 20 years running....
