CHFF exposes the whiny pundits/players.

I encourage you to read the article. Especially funny, near the end, is an error where they say something that isn't quite the literal truth, but still had me LOL:

So New England re-inserted Brady, in a move that absolutley accomplished the goal of professional football: it crushed the spirit of the Dolphins. Miami played like a defeated group after Brady came back in, allowing the re-inserted QB to drive the Patriots 59 yards for a score in just four plays.

I like the idea that the goal of professional football is to make the Dolphins miserable.

Nice article. Great exposure of Young and Campbell's hypocrisy.

Yeah...that was pretty funny. I would love to hear Drew Bledsoe's take on this.

Shula beats the Pats 52-0 in the the " Perfect Year" and and he is an Icon of virtue and fair play. May his wife's facelift fall off.

wish people at espn and si and all the outlets read this.

The Steve Young takedown is pretty good, but...

The Jason Campbell beatdown is priceless.

Regards,
Chris

Isn't Shula opening a new restaurant at the Providence Hilton? Shula's 347 Grill?

Gee I hope he's not too successful... that might be embarrassing to other competing area restaurants. Given the number of failed restaurant ventures it'd probably be most fair if his Providence venture went bankrupt and closed up.

Aside from not wanting to see your star players get needlessly injured, why would any Football fan want to see teams let up or concede the outcome of the game? Do people really want to see Eckels running dive plays into a defense that is putting 8 men in the box for an entire quarter? This is practically unwatcheable if you ask me. Did anybody watch the game in London? The crowd was booing when the Giants knelt on the ball to run out the last 2 or so minutes of the game. Basically, you're screwing the fans in order to appease your opponents.

Also, since injuries could happen for both teams in a lopsided game, why do losing teams continue to throw bombs, run hurry up offenses, and on sides kicks if the game has already been decided. Why is it OK for losing team to continue to play to score while the winning team is expected to let up to allow the losing team to close the gap and get some garbage points?
