Does anyone have any good links to some detailed analysis of
these two teams.

Like:
Colts pass rush vs PATs pass blocking schemes
Colts run D vs PATs supposed improved run blocking zone schemes.
PATs run D vs Colts Oline and run game
PATs D vs Manning and play action
PATs passing game vs Colts secondary
Colts D with Sanders as blitzer and run support.

... and there's probably many other points of interest
Any real good meaty stuff .... any place ...
or is all that's out there just fluff?

No responses, so I guess all we have around here is fluff. ;)

i think two years ago you would have had a couple of posters break down the stuff you mentioned...now all we have on this board are trolls and wholier than thou Pats fans. It is sad, because we have one of the best teams in the history of the NFL this year but all we do is fight and insult each other (me included)

NO but did you hear? Two random announcers in INdy have DISSED THE PATS! Called them cheaters! Said they ran up the score!

Joe Blow on ESPN seemed to kind of AGREE WITH IT!! THAT SWINE!!

And John Jones on xyz didn't acknowledge the Pats as the BEST EVER!! That insolent dog!

Someone said that other teams may get mad if they think the pats are running up the score!! HOW DARE THEY!!

Don't they know 'WE' are the bestest most completest most dominating TEAM EVER?

Belichick should start his press conferences by exclaiming "ON YOUR KNEES SWINE!! FALL DOWN BEFORE ME, YOU IGNORANT FOOLS AND WORSHIP YOUR GOD YOU MISERABLE ANTS!". They are not fit to WASH HIS JOCKSTRAP!

I believe that the difference in this game could come down to two things.
1. The running game- This is the game we need to see the dominant Laurence Maroney we need to see the legs churning for extra yards the stiff arms, the change direction skills, we need to see him more involved with the passing game like he was last week. He needs to just hit the hole and stop dancing in the backfield cause with a cover 2 this will almost result in a loss every time.
Kevin Faulk could be a huge factor to get Bob sanders and the Bethea to have to stick with him on 3rd downs which will open up the middle for Watson and Brady or welker or even allow single coverage to one Moss or Stallworth.
We have to make the Colts respect our ground game.
I would love to see Morris back this week but also I wouldn't rush him back before he is fully recovered either.

2. Special Teams nobody here wants a AV field goal to be the deciding factor.
On the same note no pats fan wants it to come down to a Gostowski field goal as well. Field position will be a even bigger factor this game then it has all year. Hobbs and Andrews are really good returners that being said the colts have some nice returners of their own and that fact isn't being forgotten by BB trust me.
I'd rather see Chad Jackson activated this week to a be a gunner rather than Matt Guiterrez. Hanson is gonna not have a lot of chances to punt I believeBB and Co will go for it on 4th and short a lot especially if we're past midfield.
So we can't afford any touchbacks we need to pin em deep.

3.I'm gonna add one more The offensive line can not afford to let Freeney or Mathis or Brock beat them. Freeney is a master of the swim spin move and no matter how dumb it looks is a great way to get to the QB and something I don't believe Light can defend to well so I want to have Brady there at least on every 3rd and long to chip him.
The Patriots defensive line has to control their gaps let no wiggle room for Addai or Keith, get their hands up and jump and try to knock down a few of Peyton gumps passes.

I might have more later but this is what i've come up with for now as keys to victory alot of the pundits aren't talking about.

What's there to break down at this point? We know what both teams do well. Will NE get pressure on Manning? I hope so. Even if they do, will Manning have a game like the regular season match-up last year where he gets off passes while being tackled? Will Asante return an INT for a TD. I hope so, but it's impossible to predict.

Will Freeney force a Brady fumble? Will Harrison play, and if so how effective will he be? Same for Watson. Will someone return a kick for a TD? Will the refs screw up a big call? Will NE commit a penalty on every 3rd down the Colts fail to convert, like what happened in the AFCCG?

Will a WR drop an easy catch? Will an important player get hurt early on? Do the long pass plays connect? Will either Brady or Manning simply have a bad game on the worst week to do so? Will Addai be tackled onto another player, never touching the ground, bounce up and score when NE players assume the play is over (sometimes crazy plays just happen)?

So much of what will decide this game is either impossible to predict or unknown. Rather than think about it too much I'm just going to enjoy the build-up.

The Patriots defensive line has to control their gaps let no wiggle room for Addai or Keith, get their hands up and jump and try to knock down a few of Peyton gumps passes.

This is a reason why I really hope Seymour sees a lot of snaps. When he gets his arms up he takes up a lot of space. Maybe I'm totally wrong but it seems like the line hasn't tipped/knocked down many passes this year.
