Both teams are +11 in the tunrover ratio (tied for top in the league)
Colt cause more fumbles and fumble less
Pats have more Ints and one less passing INT

Pats have the best 3rd down defence at 29%
the colts have the 5th worst 3rd down defence at 46% (nice defence you guys have)

Colts are #2 in 3rd down Offense, Pats are #3.

Penalties
Colts look to be one of the least penalized teams. (polain must have complained)

Pats have 5 TDs between Special teams and Defence.
Colts have 1 defensive TD, 0 on ST.

Sacks
Pats 22
Colts 12

This is where the game will be won.

Our Best 3rd down D against their O.
and their bad 3rd down D against our O.

And our special teams gives us better field position.
And our O is much better (by ALOT) at going long distance to score TDs.
Colts not as much.

Pats need to watch the penalties and protect the ball.
Turnovers are the only way the colts have a chance.

Pats 42 - colts 24

Colts have a suspect run D-they'll keep Peyton drinking gatorade on the sidelines all day.

That's all folks.

Thats what all the other 7 teams thought that we beat already..

After the Saints game, Deuce McCalister said how his team was wearing out the Colts' DL(with their hands on their hips et al), but then "they let them off the hook"(by getting away from the run).

DM has always been a classy guy, but just found it funny how he did his Denny Green impersonation.

but you are right, our run D is far from Dominant, we rely on getting a quick lead and forcing teams to pass, doing that against the Pats might be lethal since the Passing game seems to be the Pats strong point, I don't know what the colts plan to do but they better play perfect to have any kind of chance.

The Saints game was game number 1 of the season, I would like to think they are in better shape 2 months later..

I'm also a long-time Saints fan-honestly, I never saw all the fuss from my fellow Saints fans over this loss(it was ONLY WEEK 1).

Frankly-the Saints are a pretty good team, but putting all homerism aside, I think the reason why all of the media publications picked them to at least go to the Super Bowl was b/c of the sympathy the city of New Orleans got over Katrina, and how they responded last year.

They may be good, but they're no more than a "Good NFC team" at best(they have some key holes, like many other good NFC teams).

Dungy works the sideline official. Polian works Park Avenue.

Turnovers ... calls ... and non-calls.

Right because Carolina couldent throw the ball just like every other O you have played. Jacksonville couldent get guys off the line because there back up couldent throw allowing you to play the run. Another awful qb and passing game the colts played. This is the first time you will face a team with a superior O.

Dont tell me the texans have a good O either. You played them minus half there starting roster. The only legit team you have faced this year was the titans. We all know how close that one was.

But how about 1st downs? Without looking, I bet we lead the league in 1st downs. Meaning that we don't face as many 3rd downs. Or is this a pct statistic?

It's not hard to find stats that put the Pats head and shoulders above every other team. They've played the best first half of any team in NFL history.

But when it comes to playing the Colts, somehow I can't get worked up about stats racked up against other teams. This season the Pats and Colts are playing on a whole different level than everybody else. It's all about this specific matchup.

You know what sticks in my mind the most about the Colts right now? How horrible they were in the first 1/2 of the Carolina game. If they play even close to as flat as they did last Sunday, they will be down by at least 4TD before half time.
