It's great to see so few injuries this year

It got VERY tiresome last year watching BB have to hire new players WEEKLY to fill in for the war wounded Pats.

I'm not sure if it's just luck, or better conditioning, but I'm happy that we have escaped too many injuries so far this year. Lets hope it keeps up.

STFU dude, HAVE YOU NOT EVER HEARD OF KARMA?

let it ride without opening your mouth, PLEASE.

I agreee.......

No, and I don't believe in fairies or pixies or unicorns either.

You simple moron.

Dude, CHILL................. First off, we have name-calling rules (and you just broke them  ). Obviously, as fans we can't effect what happens on the field, still, some things are better left unsaid.

If I (or you, or anyone else) posted a "Gee, I hope no one breaks Brady's leg next week" thread, it would be vigorously pooh-poohed. Nothing personal dude, no need to make it that way.

Plus in addition to saying STFU, I did add a "please" at the end :D so I was sort busting your stones a bit.

I agree with you although you probably could have phrased it better :D Karma points are stupid and pointless.

Anyway, I'm not sure we've had "so few injuries" this year - between Seymour, Neal, Koppen, Watson, Wilson, Maroney, Morris, I'm sure we've had at least league average - we just haven't been one of the teams that's been decimated for once.

I do not see this thread, therefore it doesn't exist.

In case there is any confusion.......... my comments were not really intended to be anything more then an emphatic "Shhhhhhhhh, lets not have this discussion and be happy we are at where we are at."

I thought the use of the informal DUDE would have helped convey that message. Apparently not, and I apologize to the OP if you really took offense. It was truly NOT my intent. Please accept these comments in the spirit I offer them.

As to the initial point. I agree, lets be thankful, and not talk about it :D

Carry on with the discussion

Look again.,.....we have had plenty of injury and players losing out on games. Just because we are 8-0 does not mean we haven't had plenty of injuries. They are a part of the game.

Harrison

Seymour

Maroney

Troy Brown

Chad Jackson

Eddie Jackson

Mel Mitchel

Sammy Morris

Stephen Neal

Dan Koppen

Ben Watson

Kyle Brady??

The guys for the Colts that I am worried about are:

Ugoh-shoulder. Was supposed to be "fine", but didn't play vs. Carolina. I suppose if he could have played, then Dungy dodged a bullet. We will need his services for sure.

Harrison-knee. I think this injury is definately more severe than we thought. In the end, I again hope it was tactical.

Keiaho-head. Sustained a concussion a few weeks back. I posited that I hoped they would sit him until week nine. Played v. J'ville, but inactive for the Panther game. Post Concussion Syndrome. I don't think he plays this week.

Jackson-neck. He'll be on "jacked up" tonight (if they still do that segment). Blew up a receiver, but paid the price. Supposedly could have returned, but never did.

Manning-elbow. This is all me. After being buried by Jenkins, had to whiff some smelling salts to keep his head. Sat the last 9 minutes of the 4th quarter (up 31-7). He'll be sore this week, but I don't think there is much that would prevent him from playing Sunday.

Sounds like Morris, Watson, and Kyle Brady are your biggest worries?

Yeah..as you know, it's tough to know what is up with injuries around these parts - near as we can tell...K. Brady MAY be injured...Morris is most likely out and Watson could possibly return. As for now, that's about all we know. Mel Mitchell is important to our special teams and he was out last week.

I was not aware of the hit Peyton suffered, I do hope he is OK, was hoping for your best against ours. Marvin Harrison hasn't looked good at all since the hit on his knee.

How is Bob Sanders holding up?

Don't jinx them!
