Every moron all over the NFL needs to realize just how ridiculous the whole spygate thing, and this is what is fueling the Patriots right now. They are saying, 'don't dare question our past accomplishments, we earned them, we don't need sideline videotape, and this whole thing was overblown'.

They are saying this every single week by winning by 20+, if you have a problem with it go kiss my arse. If I was Belichick or Brady, I would shove it in every team's face except for those coaches and players who stood up to defend the Pats on spygate.

Creative ways to describe today's game

I got this texting thing during games with a couple of buddies -- back and forth it goes, disseminating the game as is progresses. After it was 38-0, we started coming up with creative ways to describe what we were witnessing. Some of the better ones:

Ned Beatty in "Deliverance" vs. angry gay Rambo
Quadriplegic Zombies vs. large meteor
Girl Scout with narcolepsy vs. Mayan guy who rips still-beating heart out of chest
Big bald punching guy who fought Indiana Jones in "Raiders of the Lost Ark" vs. propeller of German transport plane

I found this exercise to be mildly therapeutic. Please add your own.

I don't think Belichick particularly cares about Brady's stats, but he does care about scoring as many points as possible, and the easiest way to do that is to have Brady throw.

Anyway, we can talk about risking injury until we're blue in the face, but clearly nothing is going to change. Just pray Brady stays healthy.

FAIR ENUFF.. I personally have been over 'spygate' since week one. I also think that you need to lay to rest the whole "piped in noise" and "heating the dome" -gate scandals. All three( spy, noise and heat) non events were ridiculous !!!!

Exactly.

I don't know if I have ever heard a fan base talk so much about one player, just to see him do absolutely nothing in a game. I think Merriman had a bigger impact on last year's playoff game than Taylor did today.
