This stat is just not Offense but is a reflection of
both Defense and Offense.

For PATs 7 games:
consider the number of drives that had only 1st down or no 1st down.

PATs had 16 such drives
Opponents had 37 such drives.

The only game where this stat was about equal was the Browns game.

* I may have missed a count or two but this is fairly close.
I did not count drives that ended in scores even if there was only 1 st down or less.
I did not count drives within 2 minutes of half or end of game.

--------------------------------------------------
Prediction if Washington can keep 5 or more of PATs drives to only one or
no 1st down then it will be a close game.
The team to do the best at this was the Browns and they cut short 4 of
PATs drives.

Just to be clear--I believe the OP means drives where the team (A) failed to score and (B) did not earn more than a single first down (e.g., 3-and-outs, INTs/fumbles on the first or second play from scrimmage, etc.).
