What has been rarily seen this year is the fact that there have been vitually non existent tipped balls and no tipped balls on catches which fall up in the air for Interceptions to defenders like we have seen countless times over the past several years.

Brady in the past few years had several batted balls tipped up for grabs from on rushing jumping DEs and LBs and you see him avoiding those situations now throwing away from the jumping DEs/LBs plus the receivers we have are better handlers of the ball than in recent years.

No hot potato play like Caldwell,Gabriel and Faulk showed at times last year which resulted in turnovers and many at crucial times in the game which made it hard to overcome in some games.

You can attribute the lack of things like this for a reason why Brady only has 2 picks and the team is +8 on turnovers plus I think his ball has taken off with even more height and velocity than I have ever seen before making it very hard to disturb plays.

Anyone know if any balls have been tipped up for grabs this year by Brady or the receivers? - I can't remember any.

I think you can probably attribute 25% of his interceptions on tipped balls last year.

His second INT was a "jumped" throw, but his first was actually tipped by Moss.

The Redskins DL has been very good at getting their hands up and batting balls. Phillip Daniels is about 6'4 with very long arms. He leads the line with 4 batted balls this season.
