sanders is everywhere on the field, smashing receivers, laying the wood to running backs, getting interceptions, breaking up critical 3rd down plays. Man this guy goes all out and is a big reason why pats fans shouldn't be as confident that they will win the superbowl. Don't get me wrong I think the pats are the real deal but I wouldn't sleep on the colts, they are the ones with the rings. Yes the numbers Moss and Brady are putting up are incredible and although the pats as a team know how good and dangerous the colts can be some pats fans need to stop it with the "We're unstoppable" or "We can score a 100 points if we wanted too." Espn, analysts, and the national media are all over the pats (in my opinion the pats deserve all the attention they get) but I wouldn't be shocked if the colts actually beat the pats in the AFC championship game.

Yeah, I didn't see the whole game, but from what I watched he looked tremendous. Awesome player, going to be a tough match up for (one of) our WRs.

Kid, don't come on our board posting threads that belong on your Colts board. Why would we be interested in discussing Sanders?

Sanders is great in run defense, how's he going to be in pass coverage against Wes. If I were a betting man, I'd bet on Wes !!

Well, one reason he was getting some big hits after reception was due to not-great passes by Garrard (again, I didn't watch the whole game). A couple of replays at least showed WRs having to stop their routes to catch a ball that was behind them or directly at them. That gives a defender plenty of time to line up for a big hit.

Brady doesn't tend to do that since he leads his WRs well, as we've discussed before. Hopefully that can continue into Week 9...

they are the ones with the rings

count 'em

when you get to our level, come troll on our board

I watched the game too, I was totally underwhelmed with what I saw (both teams). Jax is really not that good of a team, even worse when QB Whoeverthefukc was in there after Girrard went out. You held a totally one dimensional team to 7 points. A super bowl D does not make. Our Defenses (and offenses) have comparable numbers (except that yours has faced only 1 top-10 scoring offenses all year (Tenn at #7, and you BARELY beat them), compaired to our 3 (Dallas #2, Cincinnati #5, Browns #4, and we destroyed all three of them. I think we have reason for our optimism.

Now go away troll......... you are not scheduled to arrive till next Sunday night

Yeah, we got one of those - his name is Rodney Harrison, I don't care how old he is. BTW Rodney had not played in the last 3 games against the Colts - we'll see how much of a factor he is in 12 days.

This is the 2nd thread you've started that has already got a thread on the board. Please at least look at the board before starting yet another thread.
Mods can you merge?

Ring. Singular.

Who are these fans you speak of ? Where are these fans you speak of ? Because I haven't read that.

Because he's a great player, kid. And by the way, are you gonna stop me from speaking my mind? No.....I don't think so. Go back downstairs in your basement until it's time for dinner. :D

come back when you actually have a mind

Let me say I really like Bob sanders and wanted the pats to draft him...
with that said:

I'd like to see Bob sanders try to light up kyle brady
playing like a human missile is fine, if your body can take it
and it's proven that his can't
if he was 6"1 220 (Rodney's size) maybe he could, but he's a generous 5"8 200 lbs.

A hard shot will knock K brady on his ass sure, but it could result in Sanders' body having a breakdown

5"8 200.... 6"6 280

Sounds just like the Indy troll we had a week ago that made disparaging remarks about M. Hill. BAN!

I agree, the guy's only played 29 games in the last 3.5 years (~50% of the games). He's like glass, mostly because he plays so reckless back there. He's a great player, but fragile.

Give it a rest on Rodney Harrison would ya! The man is not in the same league as Sanders right now. Sure Harrison can hit, but what else can he do? He damn sure can't cover the way Sanders can. And btw, the Jags ARE a very good team and last night just shows what Indy can do to a very good team.

Jacksonville is a team with a good defense and a piss poor offense, especially with their starting QB out.

He is their defense. Not to take anything away from Freeney but Sanders is twice the impact player Freeney is.

Well it's apparent you never had one. Idiot.

that's all you have?

let's talk football chump--Bob Sanders is a solid player when he is healthy, but the guy isn't the second coming of Ronnie Lott

Jacksonville is a decent team, but they are not a very good or great team. Big deal that the Colts beat them--they were supposed to beat them. And in 2 weeks there will be a game in which neither team should be heavily favored.
