Ronnie Brown out for the season...

Nah Miami will draft another bust instead of a QB this year.

Why would we draft a quarterback? I guess you don't know anything about the Dolphins.

Hey Aqua, do you think the Dolphins will retain and activate Ricky Williams once he's reinstated?

Yes I do. This opens the door for Ricky to come back and maybe try to boost his value in terms of trading. I actully just read that this isn't for sure an ACL tear and could just be a cartilage problem that is a 4-6 injury but the Dolphins have decided to shut him down for the rest of the year. That's not a sure thing but it's the only hope I have at this point.

Hopefully Ricky gets back soon and we shop him at the end of the season.

I was seriously impressed watching Brown yesterday. From his intensity, you would have thought it was a tie game with playoff implications. Hate to see something like this happen.

(Looking honestly into my soul, is it easier to feel sorry about it because the Dolphins are no threat? Yeah, probably. But it's sincere anyway.)

(I think I'm guilty of the same thing.)

Except for Joey Porter, I have respect for the Dolphins players, and hope that Brown and Hill make full recoveries and are good to go next season.

Not sure if this updated news was posted here--didn't see it--but Brown has a torn ACL.

Very sad...here's to him making a full recovery and remaining a strong back. I really liked watching him play.

Wonder if the Dolphins will be more apt to bring Ricky Williams back into the fold now.

That is a very interesting point, seeing he is suppose to be ready to go.

poor bastards

Other than watching Ted Ginn get better each week and the imminent move to John Beck, not much to watch in Miami. :(

In that case, given how pathetic Ginn has been, you'd better hope Beck really shines.

Just answer me one question and one question only. How much have you watched the Fins this year?

The reason I want to know is because you're probably just going off stats and every one knows stats hardly ever tell the truth.

We've been telling you that all year. But now you can watch Chapman he looked better that Brown.

And that poor corner, what the hell happened to him? That was one of the most painfilled faces I have ever seen on a player.
Peter King in his MMQB had something that I thought was REALLY interesting about the fins. Of everyplayer they drafted, traded for or picked up and free agency from 98 to 03, how many do you think are still on the roster.

That's some front office, no wonder Marino beat it as soon as he took a lool around the front office.

who cares if he has? Ginn is a 1st round pick, he's not a lineman, stats SHOULD tell the whole story. The hillarious thing is that the fins traded away Welker, than drafted Ginn, and therefore lost out on Quinn. I don't know how good Quinn is but look how much the Irish SUCK without him!

Now you know why Belichick and Saban are such good friends - They are both very smart and know almost ahead of time what is up with thier team.

Saban got the hell out because he knew that team was full of worthless trash players with the exception of a just a few guys, most of the players would be better suited with a job as a paperboy than a professional football player.

Don't forget Jeff Samardjida (spelled wrong) and Darwin Walker- Both were important as well to ND last year.

Brady Quinn has nothing to do with Ted Ginn or John Beck, nor does Wes Welker. Alright, bud, if you think stats tell the whole story, I don't know what to tell you.

I live in Florida. I've seen and/or listened to every Dolphins game this season. Ginn's been a complete bust so far. Now, I'll grant you that it's only the first season, and he's a receiver, so it's not unusual that he would suck, and he's obviously still got time to develop. But, on the other hand, it's time for you to admit that he's been awful to date. His only 'claim to fame' is a return that was called back. For a #9 overall pick, that's not exactly setting the world on fire, to put it kindly.

Umm ya they do have sumthin to do with each other. You Drafted Ginn because you got rid of welker, than drafted Beck cause you passed on Quinn to get Ginn even though you already had Welker but gave him up. And again, wide receiver/kick returners, how the hell else do you not see it in the stats? we aren't talking about a tight end or a nose tackle here! Sure I could say, "hey Dan Graham was much better in New England than his stats cause he was a great block"
PLEASE tell me what GREAT intangable Ginn brings the Dolphins??
