You saw it: twice Brady goes to him deep and both times he is blanketed by double coverage by a couple of JAGs.

I agree. This front office has clearly strayed from what had made them successful in the past. Handing out draft picks (especially a 4th rounder  !) for over the hill talent is a recipe for disaster. Just look at the Yankees.

Please......it's called slowing down to get under the ball....jeez.

I would have to begrudgeningly agree with this colts fan. However his ability to catch the ball has NOT faded. (and he still has amazing speed)

Moss is a serious weapon....

Pretty awesome Moss already has over 700 yards in reception yards and 10 td's 7 games into the season. The raider's and there coaches are fools.

He's hasn't had a problem separating when he's needed to. He's still got hops and mad skillz regardless.

It's amazing the levels of nitpicking we've come to :)

I'm not sure, but I believe the original post was tongue in cheek?

I'd like to think so. But I wouldn't take it forgranted. ;)

I have to learn how to catch with your shoulder...it seems pretty easy to me....

:)

...sorta like going top shelf with one hand on the stick, or going yard with one arm on the bat.

pfft, seems easy enough to me...be afraid NFL DC's, be very afraid....

tom clearly corrected the mistake of overthowing moss. overthrows are incompetions, anything else to moss is a touchdown.

 If you haven't been reading Ken's posts, you've been missing some of the best PATRIOTS commentary around!

Shame on you - calling me a Colts fan - jeez!!

Brilliant analysis. Thank you John Madden.

yeah, Randy's yards after catch kinda sucked too

The post was intended as sarcasm, but I thought it would be more obvious. I have no porblem with fans who want to criticize any aspect of the team. After all, we always fall short of perfection. But I do think that this is the time to bask in the glory. Rather than come down on the critics (who have every right to their opinion), I resorted to sarcasm. It's all good.

:D

For what it's worth, Mack, I thought the sarcasm was mighty obvious!

I keep watching the video of those 2 TDs over and over. It's crazy -- Moss just seems to claim the ball.

Eventually one's got to got the other way, right? I mean, you can only throw so many jump balls into double coverage, right? But man, it's tempting to keep going to that well.

Pretty weird watching the pats have recievers that make those circus freak catches. Good for Moss.

Moss has lost a step, and he's a petty crook too. Did you see him steal those balls from the BD's. I guess we just chauk it up to the "Classless Pats" mantra

It is obvious that the endzone was holding him up from running full tilt. Next time he should continue through the tunnel and out of the stadium and let Brady loft it over the last row.
