It seems like the Jags play them close every game but lose by less than a TD.
I have not seen either team play on tv this year so can't really pick one.
What do you think?

This is gonna be a real test for Indy's run defense and how good it really is. Hopefully Jax will beat on them a bit

I think the Colts light them up. Jax should do what KC did to the Pats in 2002 when behind...continue running. If they go pass-happy to catch up, it will be a Colts slaughter.

Jax does have a great D up the middle, though, and that could make life difficult for Manning in the pocket and any between-the-tackes running game. I don't think it will be enough, though.

Regards,
Chris

I don't see them running for 275 like they did last year and I don't think they can keep up w/ the Colts to be honest.

Indy hasn't looked too hot vs Houston and Tennesse. Had Brandon Jones caught that easy ball on Tennesse's last drive the score may have been 23-22 Vince Young and crew. I think Jville is better than both the Texans and Titans. We'll see how it plays out.

Indy will have their way with the Jags; it's destiny that the game on the 4th will be between two undefeated teams.............

Jacksonville ran for 375 on them last year. That's not a typo. Yes 375 bleepin yards. I think the Pats did the Colts two favors last year. We beat two teams they probably didn't match up well against. Our win at Jax pretty much knocked the Jags out of they playoffs. Indy would have drawn them. Probably even beaten them. But, it would have been a tough game and could have taken a toll. Also, SD would have beat them in AFCG. SD was more rested than us, had home-field. Plus, thumped them in Indy previous year.
Line has Indy -3. It should be an interesting game.

Won't. Be. Close.

Book it. I've never felt so good about a win. Jags are not the same team as years past.

Ya think Ryan? Jax looks like the same big, tough and dumb team they've always been. How have they gotten worse? Garrard was their qb down the stretch last year. So, that's not a change.

I don't think the combo of RB's are running as well as last year. Garrard is decent but you can't be "decent" and win on MNF against the Colts. It's almost a lock that Indy will be 100% prepared and ready to roll in primetime. Not to mention very healthy.

And making Bob Sanders angry isn't smart. He elevates his game everytime a player runs their mouth:

"The stage is set for us,'' linebacker Mike Peterson said after the Jaguars won their fourth game in a row. "We can pretty much run the table from here on out.''

Just my two cents.

I didn't know about Peterson's comments. I know the Jags want to try to create a rivalry with you guys. But, the Colts treat them like their red-headed step child. Agree F.Taylor appears to have lost a step. But, Greg Jones is healthy. And, he might be the compliement to Jones-Drew near the goal line and not F.Taylor. I'd like to play you guys a week after the Jags. They seem to take as more delight in beating on you. Than beating you.

I think that this is a real good game to start Maurice Drew Jones or Fred Taylor on your fantasy team. Let's see how porous the Colts D is. Of course if the Colts O can stay on the field 2/3 of the game I suppose their bad defense will be minimized.

Ryan. On the tube the upper deck in that dumo dome you guys play in doesn't look that high up. I got seats up there for the Patriots/Colts game.
Is that TV view correct?

what section are you in.

regardless, its not high. every seat there in perfect.

I think Jax is better than Tennessee, and the Titans came REAL close to pulling that one out. It should be a good game.

I usually sit in the lower level but i've spent time in the decks. Still an excellent seat. You'll enjoy the game.

Hopefully more than you do -:) Do you know where visiting teams usually stay? I heard it's a downtown hotel

The Bills last year and Rams the previous year stayed at the Hilton. There's only about 5 premier hotels downtown. I doubt they will stay at anything connected to the Dome (Hyatt, Embassy).
