Morris supposedly left the stadium with his arm in a sling. I got this from the espn board so I don't know how true it is and we worked out kevan Barlow today as well.

Re: Morris arm in a sling...

If Maroney's healthy I'm fine with the RB group of Maroney, Faulk, Eckel, and Evans. I've got nothing, really, to make me think this besides his running hard at the end of games when the D knows what he's gonna do, but I think Eckel could really turn some heads given a little more action. All this is contingent on Maroney being healthy enough to play.

If you wanna drop eight in coverage, these guys will EM-EF you (as Vrabel, I believe it was, put it).

It was reported he left the stadium with his arm in an air cast, and it's also been reported he was seen leaving the locker room with his arm in a sling.

The Hartford Courant is reporting that Morris left the locker room with his left arm in a sling, suggesting that his shoulder is involved in the injury. The chest muscles and shoulder are closely related (remember Joseph Addai was originally reported to have a shoulder injury that then was called a chest injury), so this is not altogether surprising. We will try to get more specific information as it comes available.

Thanks sebman. hopefully nothing is broken.

I remember seeing the play where he got hurt and it looked like a Dallas player, I think Bradie James, landed on his chest with his knees. At least that's what I think happened.

I think the player actually landed on his chest with his back and butt.

That's what I was thinking too. I can't remember who it was but one of their players did land on his chest. I'll watch the replay in wednesday, hopefully that's not one of the plays they skip over (you know how they skip over plays that don't effect the outcome). Does that annoy anyone else? it will skip ahead and say "two plays later". Even if nothing special happened on those two plays I want to see them.

He'll be back.
He's a trooper!

Mike Felger during Patriots 5th quarter said he had it in a sling

One would imagine that if it was anything serious, he would have been put on IR already. Remember when Ted Washington broke his foot/leg and he was out for 11 weeks but came back in Dec. and was a force in the playoffs - no IR there. 4 - 6 weeks for Morris would allow him to heal all nicks and bruises and be ready for the stretch run.

Already posted it HERE a day ago

I think Matt Light or one of the offensive lineman fell on him too.
