Week 7 problems...

Well we are already entering week 7, I for one can hardly believe it.

Once again I am soliciting opinions from others, so here we go.

WR's:
I have two WR's that were injured for a little while but are coming off of a bye and they are: Javon Walker vs. the #2 pass D in Pittsburgh and Hines Ward vs. the #1 pass D in Denver.
Other WR's to choose from:
Bobby Engram vs. St Louis
Dwayne Bowe vs. Oakland

Also I need a TE - Antonio Gates is on a bye.
Wavier wire: Randy McMichael (Bulger says he's playing this week) or Marcus Pollard
I have also offered a trade (Damon Huard for Owen Daniels) I have two other QB's (Kitna, Roeth.), do you think this is a fair trade (knowing that I am getting rid of Huard for a waiver wire TE anyways)?

I'd go with Walker if he plays. He's by far Cutler's favorite target and will see balls thrown his way. Ward will get shut out by Champ. I'd also go with Bowe because I think the Oakland pass D is overrated. As for TE, start Daniels if the trade goes through, otherwise queue up on the WW for McMichael and Pollard (in that order, but honestly it's not that important).

Well, the guy rejected my trade and someone picked up McMichael off of the WW before I could get him. I don't really like MP but what are my other options, Kyle Brady?

I need my TE to produce this week because I am going up against a very good team.

Whats up Bro? Looks like Walker is out for season, if not season maybe if they make the playoffs he'll be back. So Walker is out of the question and looks like that guy you traded with got the better end of the deal. Didn't you trade someone off for Walker? Either way I like Bowe a lot this week. He has been down for the last couple of weeks and think he will bounce back nicely. I don't know about starting Engram. I don't know if you know this, but DJ Hackett is back for Seattle which will probably bring down Engrams targets. There was high hopes for Hackett this year but ended up getting hurt. Don't be suprised to see DJ do well. So If I were you I would start Ward, and Bowe. Who cares about Bailey. By the way I have Gates on one of my teams, and picked up McMichael off waivers for this weeks fill in. With Bulger back he might have a break out game. Getting rid of Huard isn't going to hurt you any unless both of your other QB's have buys on the same week. So if you want to make a trade for for this weeks fill in. Go for it.

I really didn't need Huard anymore, he was just a fill in for Kitna and Roeth but I did need a TE and McMichael was swiped from under me by a guy who wants Housh for him So I thought Daniels was a good/decent play this week and went for him. The only other option that I saw at TE was Pollard.

As far as Bailey goes, it's not so much him, well it is a little, but more about the fact that Denver's run D is dead last and I see FWP running all night long. I head about Hackett coming back but Engram is entrenched as Hasselbeck's #1 until Branch comes back. I don't see how I can sit him after his last couple of games.

I am pissed about Walkers injury but hey what can I do? I am thinking about trying to unload him for a productive 2nd tier guy.

Tennessee has a good run D so Houston should be looking to pass a lot. Are you serious? Someone wanted you to give up Housh. There isn't many people I would give him up for. He must have been drunk, lol. You're lucky you don't have Stallworth stil or it would put you in a bigger dilema.

Yeah, this dude wants Housh bad but he's offering me nothing for him. His first offer was Warner. I told him he was drunk and in need of some meds. I don't think I would give up Housh for LT at this point, yet.

Don't get me wrong, I am happy about the Pats being 7-0 and all but WTF!? Second straight week where my guys aren't scoring TD's. Oh yeah and he had Calvin Johnson who scored on an end around for 30+ yards, couldn't even get a Kitna TD when he scored.

Well I don't know what to tell you. Early in the season I picked up Witten as a free agent. Hell of a free tight end! Check to see if Cooley is available on waivers. He is an underrated cog of the Redskins offense. Also Alge Crumpler is another guy you can look into who may have been dumped by impatient owners.

I have the Pats D too. I benched them last week though. They been giving up way to many points for me. I started the Cowboys defense last week. I lost last week too because I had Shaub who got hurt, so I got no QB points. Shaub supposed to play this week but I'm benching him for Griese. The Bears play Detroit so he should rack up some points. I would bench Kitna too, he has been doing nothing. Well things should get better for you. You get Gates back.
