Two guys picked the Jets as "Best Bets". That is the real joke.

I keep saying this but I can't wait until the end of the season when the NY Paper reads 16-0* caught cheating. Jets 1-15.

Shouldnt they be shifting there focus to the 2008 draft at this point. Kinda sucks to be on draft watch after 6 games but hey win a game once and awhile.

I'd actually prefer the Jets go 5-11 than 1-15. 5-11 will mean a pick good enough to bust, whereas 1-15 might be a franchise player.

A stupid news paper worth hardly anything for anyone.

Actually, the NY Post is a pretty good newpaper....their Sports pretty much sucks, but their news is good. Especially compared with the agenda driven NY Times.

But...that is just my humble opinion.

It must be tough to have to find anything positive to say about Ratgini and the RatPack this year.

Thank God the Post has no agenda.

Isn't this kind of old news? Wonder how long they will keep it up, though.

Let 'em have their fun...god knows there isn't much else to be happy about in NY sports right now...

I think every reporter at the NY Post dying for a gig at the times just let out a collective howl.

They'd have to finish their GED's first.

Except your forgetting that a 1-15 record will give them a pick just high enough to find the most disappointing draft pick on the board and build the team around him.

It's not the writers themselves. It's their editors that are brainless. The writer's problem is that they want to live in NY and can't get a gig at the Times (a newspaper I have a lot of problems with). These reporters could do solid work (most of them) if they were willing to move from NY. I have a good friend that worked there, but she just decided to save some of her self-respect and move on to work for a better newspaper in a smaller city.
