Sorry, that's pretty much all I could come up with. Oh - and that we should've tackled Barber in the EZ (not to mention the refs should've called the BLATANT holding by Dallas on the play that would've resulted in a safety).

yup.......

Harrison was much worse.

Kind of makes you wonder if the team should have him starting against Indy in a few weeks against their top 2 WRs and Gonzalez in the slot - T.O. and Witten owned him on several plays.

He will play fine against garbage teams but the elite teams I worry about,On the other hand Gay is the most underated player on that defense,I see his number on tackles it seems more than most others out there so far this year.

Perfection in a football game is not easy.

To many moving pieces.

Barber ran right through him on successive plays (I think they were successive). Not his best, but something for him to focus on. At least it came in a big win.

I think Harrison played a bit better then Wilson. Wilson got run over on two consecutive plays by Jones.

You mean the one time he got run over and the second time that he was clearly down when Wilson tackled him, but he got up and ran for six more yards and the refs gave it to him? So Wilson gets blamed for a horrible call from the ref when he really made the play?

Regardless, pretty soon it's gonna be meriweather time

Ah, no. Harrison was abused in pass coverage today, far worse than Wilson failing to wrap up on a couple of running plays (which is all I saw that he did wrong).

Our tackling all around was awful. I was in a state of shock after the missed safety oppurtunities. Don't blame our worst defensive performance so far on Geno...Rodney was definitely worse today, all around it wasn't terrific for our defense.

I even heard Bill complimenting Eugene and Rodney on something oddly enough in his presser.

Yeah, why are people bringing up Wilson when it seemed pretty clear that Harrison was far worse.

Um...maybe because...it's not clear?

Whatever, neither covered himself in glory. HGHarrison has a "rusty" excuse. Geno doesn't. He did a bad job. That said, 48-27, so.

Unless Meriweather improves his coverage skills, he won't be replacing anyone. He seems to be getting less time now that Harrison is back, not more. If you look at the depth chart on Ptatriots .com, he is listed behind Hobbs at CB and as the # 3 SS behind Harrison and Sanders, and not Wilson.

He did miss a couple tackles. But that's about it. Hardly threadworthy.

Cmon...Geno missed a couple tackles, but you know what was worse, every single player who failed to take down Barber in the endzone. PITIFUL.

Why? Because the refs blew a call when he clearly tackled Jones, but they said he wasn't down. Wilson had a decent game compared to the rest of the secondary.

I'd like to see Sanders, Meriweather, and Wilson, especially against teams like the Colts.

Uh, sure. He did barely make that second tackle. Harrison didn't play amazingly awesome out there, but I feel Wilson didn't play better than him.

He can tackle, unlike Wilson
