Unbelievable. And it should be 22-2, considering that Randy Moss' push-off should have been a non-call. I dismissed the notion of Brady going for the all-time record this season, but with three more touchdowns next week, he'll be halfway there in seven weeks of play. This is the best quarterback we will ever have the privilege of watching play for our favorite franchise... appreciate him while he's here.

And his other TD should have not been over turned. But, what can you do.

Just a minor point here, but if that one had stood, it would've changed the rest of the game. In other words, you can't say for sure that Brady would've had six if it weren't for that call. [If it were the other way around--Brady had five, and that would have been the last TD, for six, I wouldn't argue with you.]

I don't care if he gets the record, all I care about is seeing him get his fourth trophy.

Then you shouldn't argue with me, because that offensive pass interference call would have been touchdown number six.

Brady is currently on pace for 56 TDs and 5 or 6 INT. Amazing.

I stated this in the game thread. Anyway Brady has 21 TD in 6 games. In 1990 the Patriots scored 18 TD both running and passing all year. Amazing if you think about how far we've come.

Consider this: The Bills have O-N-E passing TD!!!!
Brady is sick, scary good! ...no GREAT! Love the guy and I enjoy having him as our QB. I would not trade him for anything or anyone!

GO PATS!

Funny enough, that 1990 team was the first Patriots team (awful as they were) that I really followed for an entire season and ended up making me as huge a fan of football as I am. I watched the team before that, but I was just a kid for the '85 team, so I couldn't really jump on that bandwagon, and I don't know why I ended up falling in love with the Pats despite that horrendous season, with all of the controversy and the losing and the general malaise over the franchise... and I don't ever want to go back to that. This team is unbelievable in comparison, it's hard to believe that one franchise could put together a team so bad and a team so good in a seventeen year span.

I just look at the box score and smile. Brady might not care about stats, but seeing the numbers pile up is kind of fun :D

what'll help get his touchdowns up is the OL's small struggle to get rushing td's. They typically end up throwing the ball in for touchdowns instead of running it in.

And Brady would only have 1 int if it weren't for one pass being tipped up into the air by Welker (I think it was Welker) and caught by a defender. That was earlier in the season.

It was Moss, Brady threw behind him somewhat and Moss got a hand on it, knocking it up and straight to a defender. The other pick wasn't nearly as bad as it looked, against the Browns, there was just some miscommunication, and Brady threw to a different spot than where the receiver was, because he anticipated a different route. Even with the two picks, it's still absolutely tremendous. 67% passing today, and that's a down day for him.

It was Moss who tipped it. Even so, it was still partially Brady's fault since he threw it a little behind Moss.

That one was against Cincinnati.

I'm sure Brady will want to do the same thing against a division opponent in Miami (a place where he historically sruggles).

You're right, I always manage to mix up the Ohio teams. It was to (bust in waiting) Leon Hall if I remember correctly.
