Asked to compare Tom Brady and Daunte, he says, "Tom Brady, hands down!"

I watched it too..........

Moss will retire a Patriot, I'm convinced of it.

Not surprising, Daunte is not that good, and never was that good.

Randy mixed up New England with Green Bay during his P.C. Geezuz Randy!! This is New England NOT GREEN BAY!!!!!!

Moss referenced the rumours that the media had of him going to go play with Favre in Green Bay when all along the Patriots and Tom Brady were his only desired team.

I thought he was referring to the media talking about him going to Green Bay. At least that's how I figured it.

I like Moss. He has his head on straight and just does his job with the Pats.
He gets a bad rap which he all know some media are real jerks.

Daunte's TD dance is just so annoying and pathetic how can anyone take that guy seriously?

I especially liked the part of the interview where Moss said something to the effect of, "I've always been a Tom Brady fan and I've always thought that Peyton Manning has his weapons, so why can't Brady have his? And now he does." I'd be more surprised if Moss left after the season than I would him retiring a Patriot.

Okay, I'm eating my own humble pie. I admit I had my doubts Moss would "fit in" with the Pats, no matter his talent. My doubts are gone.

Moss Q&A
By Mike Reiss, Globe Staff
Comments from Patriots WR Randy Moss from after the game:

What it is like to be the other 81 [in reference to Terrell Owens' comments]?
"I don’t really get into that. I just wanted to come out there and do what I could to help my team win this game. I didn’t really want to really feed off what he was saying or the hype of a game between two 81s. I have a job to do, that's to go out there and try to catch touchdowns, and get first downs, and that’s what I tried to do today."

Were you surprised it was an convincing a win as you had?
"Dallas fought hard. Coach Belichick told us at the half that Dallas is the best second-half team in football. We really had to match their intensity. The game was hard fought, the first couple minutes of the third quarter. But Tommy [Brady] led us down the field on a couple of drives and the guys just made it happen."

Do you think there is a defense in the NFL that can stop your offense right now?
"I don’t really know. I don’t want to say yes and I don’t want to say no. We work hard. That's one thing -- Tom Brady does not let us lolly-gag in practice. He wants the best out of us every day. If we can make it happen in practice against defense we have, then we can go out there and make things happen against anyone. I'm not saying we're unstoppable, but we work hard at what we do. We expect good things."

Could you compare Tom Brady to Daunte Culpepper in their best years?
"Tom Brady, hands down. I don’t say that because I'm here with Tom. I've always been a big fan of Tom Brady's. I've always had a saying that Peyton Manning has his wide receivers, why can’t Tom have his? Now that Tom has his, we'll see."

What kind of records do you think can be broken with this offense?
"I can honestly say that when we came into the season, we did not talk about any records, what could be broken and things like that. Only thing we wanted to do is really go out and practice week in and week out, and just try to execute. The numbers that this team is putting up, I don't think we pay too much attention to it. The only thing we're happy about is that we're 6-0 and came to Dallas and made it happen."

How much are you enjoying this year?
“I enjoy it. I come to work every day, I love seeing the guys, love the camaraderie in the locker room and going out there to practice every day. We have fun. But at the same time, you all have heard about the humble pie. Coach Belichick has a tight grasp on us; he doesn't let us get too ahead of ourselves. At the same time, he lets us enjoy what we're doing."

Could you have imagined it being this good?
"For all the negative attention that I caught coming to [New England], and y’all probably put some negative stuff in your columns -- about what I've done in the past, how can I play, I’ve lost a step -- I really didn’t think about that throughout the season. I just wanted to come in, Coach Belichick brought me into this organization, I just want to go out and make things happen. I don’t really feed into any negativity."

How good is it to be part of an offense like this where every player can make plays?
"One thing I can honestly say is we’re happy. We came to Dallas, there was a lot of hype coming into this week. Like I said, Coach Belichick is a helluva coach, if not the greatest ever, and I really mean that. He doesn’t let us get too ahead of ourselves. That's one thing that I really love and really like about Coach -- because we can come out here today and put 48 points up but he is still going to lay a couple lashings on us when we get in [to meetings] as a team. Like I said, we're enjoying this victory. We came to Dallas and shut all the naysayers up."
