T.O. handled it well in my opinion.

T.O. talks: After a week of silence, Terrell Owens held a brief conversation with reporters following Friday's practice.

"I got my ticket for the game," said Owens, who purchased 15 tickets for family and friends. "I was born ready."

Owens, who had a sign in front of his locker saying he didn't want to speak to reporters this week, placed a large tub of popcorn in front of it Friday.

"You guys want some?" he said to a group of reporters surrounding his locker.

On his weekly radio show, Owens said he didn't have his customary news conference because he wanted to avoid questions about New England's Randy Moss.

"I didn't feel like it was really necessary," Owens said. "I don't really play against Randy Moss, and I'm trying to take the individually out of it. I just didn't feel the need for a lot of 81 and me and Randy Moss questions."

He would have handled it well if he had just said this last Wednesday. But his goal wasn't to handle it well or to avoid Randy Moss questions, his goal was media attention. And since he got talked about a lot, he accomplished his goal. He is such a good player, an outstanding WR, that if he'd just shut up his legacy would be that of one of the top WRs in NFL history, not an attention whore.

he takes the time to think write and laminate a message mentioning randy and says he is trying to take the individuality out of it.

I kinda like the fact he feels he's so ready. Not that I'm rooting for him but I'm gonna REALLY take TO as a joke if he dosent back all this bull**** he's trying.

I'm really looking forward to some T.O.-Rodney collisions. Should be fun.
