Not that he's a stud but he's a solid CB who makes lots of INTs.

"Cowboys coach Wade Phillips says CB Anthony Henry (high ankle sprain) is "not real close" to returning to practice or playing in a game.
Henry came out of his walking boot on Tuesday, but couldn't even take part in a walkthrough Wednesday. He's unlikely to be active vs. New England."

Looks like another reason to spread the Cowboys out with 3-4 WR and dare them to blitz us now that we have real threats at WR (as opposed to when Phillips faced us with SD last year).

If Henry is out and Reeves starts, the Cowboys are in for a long night. Two safeties who struggle with the deep ball and a Reeves starting at CB? Brady will have a field day.

I've said it all along and I will say it again...THE PATRIOTS ARE GOING TO BLOW THEIR DOORS OFF. We'll score in the 40s and they'll score, maybe, in the 20s.

Henry has played great this year. Very underrated last few seasons too per KC Joyner.

Newman is a very good CB but Reeves..eh. Stallworth + Moss + Welker. Gonna be a rough day for the corners. especially when u rely on Roy Williams deep :\

Big loss for Dallas. Newman and Henry are an elite pair of CB's. With some help from the safeties (despite their deficiencies in coverage) Dallas could make things tough for Moss and Stallworth and force us to win the game in the middle of the field.

The problem for Dallas, they are perticularly weak at nickel corner. There's no depth to suficiently replace Henry, so we're in better position to wreak havoc in the air.

Nate Jones has played very well at nickel(and is also a good blitzer).

But even with Henry in there, honestly-you guys give us matchup nightmares.

If anything, at least we're not playing a div rival this week.

Reeves has started every game this season. And the Cowboys haven't allowed a wide receiver to catch a deep pass since a blown assignment (by Anthony Henry) on the third play of the season.

The Cowboys haven't faced Tom Brady and Randy Moss yet, but I wouldn't be so quick to malign Dallas' secondary. They're leading the NFL in interceptions and are No. 3 in passer rating allowed, No. 6 in yards allowed per pass and No. 6 in completion percentage allowed.

Hmmmm.....let's see whom they have faced as opposing QB's:

Week 1: Eli Manning

Week 2: Trent Green

Week 3: Rex Grossman

Week 4: Marc Bulger

Week 5: Trent Edwards

Are you ****ing me?

That's Bulger with his broken ribs - not the real Bulger.

40% of which belong to.........Anthony Henry.
And Henry has played in 4/5 games this year. I'm not sure what the point of quoting season long stats is when the player who we're saying is missing hasn't been missing for 80% of the stats.

Henry started four games and had four interceptions. His injury forced Terence Newman (who missed the first two games and is less than 100 percent) back into the starting lineup. In one start, Newman has one interception. The trade-off is pretty even, with respect to the interception totals.

Wow! Well put. It is amazing how the perspective changes once you see the QB's against whom they have played.

Eli tore 'em up in Week 1.

28-41 for 312 yds, 4 TDs and an INT, 3 of those TDs went to Plax.

Everyone else on that list has laid an egg, but I think Brady can have equal, if not better stats than Eli.

And the Giants were the best offense (16th) that the 'pokes have faced. Pats have faced the 4th (CIN), 8th (CLE) and 18th (SD...betcha they are better than 18th when the year is over).

Outside of one Braylon Edwards catch (36 yards), the Pats have given up no big plays (pass: long of 23, rush: long of 16). Considering the Pats have faced LdT, Gates, CJ, TJ and Winslow...that is pretty awesome.

I think the DBs in this game are not going to be the difference. Whichever front 7 can stop the run and get pressure on the QB should win the day. The DBs may clean up the resulting slop, but the DL/LB are going to have to force the action.

Why in the heck are we still talking about who Dallas has played,,, neither Dallas or New england has played anyone..... New Englands opponents are 7-17,,, you have no right to say Dallas has not played anyone,,, while its true that they havent,, please at least aknowledge that NE has not either. I could say that BB is 0-4 in Texas Stadium,,,and 1-3 against Wade Phillips,, but that doesnt mean crap,,, I know it,, you know it. Dallas and New England are both playing their first good football team come Sunday,, its anybodys game,,,

I like how you just ignored that he was talking about opponents offenses and their rankings.

The Pats have played AFC teams, that's a BIG difference. San Diego, Cincinnati and Cleveland would probably beat the Cowboys soundly. You don't really believe what you wrote do you?

You'll find out differently come Sunday, you even have local writers begging the Pats to lose.

Sir with all due respect,,, that is still refering to the past teams,,, Stats or not,, its the past,,, can we please move on and talk about the matchup, come Sunday,,, say the reasons you think New England will win but please do them from a gametime,, matchup point of view,,,

IE:::::::::::I believe a big factor in this game will be Bradys' experience in big Games,,, he knows how to win the big one! He does not force alot of plays and is excellent at targeting his receivers,,,, Dallas has not seen this type of QB yet this year..,, (That is a better way to speak about what Dallas has done in the past) and is also a legitimate assessment,,, Sats mean nothing,, look at what each team faces in front of them this week.
