Darling Colts fan, please read the article again.

It's not "this season," it's this WEEK.

You mean this week's top ranked QB.

Walmart's hiring.

Honestly, what is your point in being here, amassing more than 800 posts as a Colts troll? Is your home messageboard that boring/inept? We already know you like the quarterhick better than Tom Brady, etc., etc. You offer nothing to discussions here beyond ignorance and agitation.

You guys are obviously challenged, read more closely:

"One other development from this week: because of the opponent adjustments, and the fact that the Colts have played a harder schedule than the Patriots, Manning passes Tom Brady and is now our top-ranked quarterback for the season."

:p

thats the stupidity of living by numbers. They actually crunched numbers so that Garrard and Rivers are higher ranked than Brady. I dont get hot about Peyton like other pats fans do. He is great not as great as Brady when it comes to rings but the guys is gonna break records. The others are just proof that numbers can be manipulated and MATH sometimes lie

So, you get pissed when being banned from ANOTHER TEAMS SITE, and state that they just can't handle the truth, then you knock ne for starting a QB discussion?? Interesting take that while Brady's STATS ARE BETTER this season, Manning is being recognized as the top ranked guy to date. Interesting debate, is it not? Or do you just want to tell me why FOX stinks, the writer stinks, the formula stinks??

The list is for this week only, but the BLURB indicates Manning eclipsed Brady, but I would assume he's in second.

its week 5 talk to us in Febuary Dolts fan. BTW he did not look that good to me. He looked like a guy mising his fav target and his star RB. Brady threw 3 TD's and 0 ints. Cornfed threw 2 tds and 1 int and if the bucks LB's could catch it would have been 3.

LOL, moving the thread here is pretty much proof positive that you guys are no different than Donk fan, SD fan, or Cowboy fan site. If it doesn't show NE in the BEST POSITIVE LIGHT, you want to put your blinders on and pretend it ain't there!!

He Ban Me, I have to nominate you for biggest Douche-Bag troll of the year.

This is a weekly snapshot, and I'd actually agree with it. If you think Payton is having a better season than Tom, well then. NO ONE HERE can help you. Look at the stats and ranking through week 5

QB Rating - TB (1), PM (3)
Comp. % - TB (1), PM (4)
TD's - TB (1), PM (4)
yds/A - TB (1t), PM (8t)

Really, its not compairable. PM is a fine QB and doing great this year as expected, but don't come in here spouting lies.

No, idiot, I'm trying to tell you that YOU stink. I could care less what statistical garbage you dredge up in the quarterhick's favor. This is a PATRIOTS messageboard, not a Colts messageboard. You are a Colts fan. Answer the question: Why are you here?

Obviously, you have a TRUE COMPREHENSION problem. See, the way they see it, these performances need to be adjusted based on the level of competition. Manning still racked up a 101+ rating against at minimum a decent defense, while Brady "struggled" to get to 105 against a weak opponent.
That said, Brady has been playing lights out, and he and Cassell must be having a giddy old time in the locker room these days, as they have a very talented corps of receivers to choose from.

"spouting lies" Again, you take the cake.

A.) Not lying, read for yourself
2.) Funny how you all twist things into "lies", and then make it seem like "lying" is the most egregious act a person could commit.
3.) Myself, I'd rather be called a liar than a cheater. Not that I prefer either.

Comprehension, no, stupidity problem, yes; I can't stand stupid people or stupid comments. He had a less than perfect game against a strong defensive mind in Romeo, it happens. Meanwhile he torched everyone else and Peyton has had strong games as well. My whole argument against this ranking is not the Peyton is better than Brady. Frankly I think you can't choose because Brady until this year has never had Manning class recievers, Manning has had them all his carreer. If the Colts have to choose in the next few years and old man Harrison is put on the out cause he is getting long in the tooth maybe then we will find out. Till then I will side with Brady cause he has won not 1 not 2 but 3 superbowls with his best WR under 6' and not half as good as Marvin Harrison. May I also mention he won 2 of the 3 with a less than great RB. Either way you slice it this poll is bogus and like I said its week to week and this is week 5 talk to me in Feb

The same media you roast over at the Dim Star, is the same media you use to come here and prove a worthless claim on a Pat's message board. WTF? What exactly are you trying to gain by being here? More talk about the "never-talked" topic of Brady v. Manning. Are you running out of angles for your video-gate conspiracy theory? Are you simply bored of agreeing with a bunch of nit-wits over at the Star and need to talk real football with real fans?

Roast who?? I have a right to be here. AND it's pretty funny that you and your brethren are so insecure and jealous that you won't even evaluate the article and discuss.

The current published rankings are for the week. Brady was 6th, big deal. Under Mannings name, they indicate a SIDE NOTE that Manning is now #1 (in their books) for the season.

Don't you find this interesting and relevant?? Brady is having an outstanding year, we all realize that. Not trying to take that away, or say that he isn't. But what the comments suggest is that Manning is slightly more impressive, given the competition he's faced so far.

None of that really matters much does it? Let's see what the final standings are at the end of the year. IMO the Pats will have the best record in the AFC and secure home field advantage throughout the playoffs.
