Is he going to play this weekend? I've read that he has been limited in practice. Any word if he will play or is it going to be a game time decision? I ask because I have Sammy in a fantasy league and with the bye weeks I am considering starting him.

Morris will do no less than equal carries with Maroney this week, IMHO. Even if he is improved, Morris is doing well and NE will need Maroney healthy for Dallas.

Who knows. As Maroney almost played last week he could but Morris is running well so I think he'll get the majority of the carries so Maroney can get to 100%. Don't expect a good, reliable answer to this one though - we're all guessing.

That's kind of what I was figuring. I guess this may be a coin flip for me.

I've told Bill to hold him out in hopes he can be healthy for the Boys. :rocker:

Go to the Fantasy Football section of this message board and see what others (like myself) are thinking/doing about Morris.

Bellichick actually just had a press conference and said that Maroney has a marginally strained groin and will be taking about 65% of the snaps oon draw plays which they will run about 73% of the time they rush. He said Maroney won't be used to hit the hole only run outside on second downs. It's true I swear, I read it in the Onion.

Even if Maroney plays, I'm not sure Sammy Morris isn't the better fantasy play. He's used much more in the passing game and seems to be better at the goalline. Throw in the safety net of 100% health, and I wouldn't hesitate to start Morris.

Cool, thanks for the insight.
