Has anyone heard anything about the status of Seymour?

Will he be back Week 7?

Will he be back this season?

Haven't really heard any news about him.

Last I heard they were sawing off his leg like the guy in the beginning of "Glory".

He is eligible to begin practicing after week 6 and can be activated up to 3 weeks after beginning practice or going on IR.

Nobody knows the extent of his injury, other than Seymour himself laughing when asked if he was going to be out for the entire season, and saying he would be back.

For Pete's sake man, we don't even know if Maroney will dress tonight! We will know Seymour is back when he comes out of hte tunnel in his uniform.

The Patriots have yet to inform Richard Seymour as to what his injury is. He thinks it was his knee but he really doesn't know.

He's will become day to day after week 6.

last we heard was from Seymour is that he had surgery off season..said he is feeling good. he isnt limping and hes been working out, running i believe so he'll be fine by deadline

Richard Seymour is making progress. Whether that progress will be enough to get him on the field when he's eligible, we just don't know. We know he's working hard on it, but we just can't put an exact date on when he'll be back. Richard has a lower-body injury, and these things take time. How much time, we'll just have to wait and see. He's working hard on it, but we need to deal with the players we have.

:blahblah:

Who is Richard Seymour? :D

i know u might be wondering how our defense can be any better right now but with Seymour..its up another notch. scary aint it?

btw nice to see u back..remember our Meriweather bet before draft ? ;p

That was part of BB's plan Im sure of it.
Tell Rodney to get busted to get him an extra 4 weeks of rest.
Tell Seymour his knee hurts and sit him till week 7.
Talk about a pick me up for your defense.

Yes. But have you seen how Griffen has been playing for Tenny?? Can I at least get "partial" credit based on how well Griffen has played so far? He has been playing awesome for them. :D

LMAO.

I would add: "This is because Bill Belichick hasn't yet told himself what the injury is."
