Marvin Harrison out after denver player crashed backwards into his knees forcing him face down onto the field....

Close Mike, he is apparently out after his RB he was blocking for was slammed into his straight back and his cleats must have been grabbing the turf cause he went down hard knees first. Rolled around for a while, came out, then returned and made a reception before leaving.

They appear to have lost LB Rob Morris for the day and more as well, knee gave way in mid tackle - either he screamed or Graham heard a pop 'cause he was calling for help for him before the play was whistled over.

Colts are very thin - 14 players on the roster without a snap of NFL experience as the season opened.

Re: Colts Harrison Out Of Game...

fixed it Mo - thanks...agreed I want to see them at full strength when we play them....

Re: Colts Harrison Out Of Game...

Harrison is a good reciever. I can't say I'm happy he's hurt, but I want to see Manning try to succeed without Harrison.

I will also go on record now saying that Addai will not last the season. He's been taking a pounding this year.

Re: Colts Harrison Out Of Game...

i have no problem with Harrison being injured.

It's not our problem if the team is at full strength or not. The pats have beaten the colts enough times where they are at full strength.

I think the pats are due for a break.

Re: Colts Harrison Out Of Game...

I root for no injuries on any player(unlike the Rats fans who do) but can you image what Manning would do if he had the receivers Brady had last year?

Re: Colts Harrison Out Of Game...

Dallas Clark, and Reggie Wayne are still healthy correct? If that's the case, they will be fine.

They're the best team until proven otherwise. 4-0 after this afternoon.

Looks like Manning and Brady's environments are about to reverse this year, with Brady and his weapons, and with Manning having to carry the offense with less help.

Addai is also shacken up!

Harrison and Addai both took hard hits and were shooken up. I would expect them to playing next weekend though....nothing serious.

How do you know? Harrison's leg looked bad and he missed the entire second half. Not sure about Addai, but unless you are in touch with the Indy medical staff...you ought not make those type of statements...

"Due for a break?" Please. We don't need any charity.

If I'm wrong, you can say you said it first.

They took hard hits and walked off the field on thier own power.

They'll play next sunday.

I completely agree. Eff the effin dolts; they've had it too easy for too long.

I want to become the best by beating the best. It will be that much better to beat them with all of their players.

The Colts had 5 key guys banged up yesterday, but only Morris appears to be serious. According to the Indy Star:

WR Marvin Harrison
Bruised knee: Colts were giving few details about severity of injury. The eight-time Pro Bowl receiver (above) was hurt during the first quarter.

S Bob Sanders
Bruised ribs: His physical style is difficult to rein in.

LB Rob Morris
Sprained knee: Colts will miss his leadership if injury turns out as bad as it appears.

RB Joseph Addai
Bruised shoulder: Injury doesn't appear serious.

TE Ben Utecht
Unspecified injury: He didn't play in the second half.
