OMG, I have opposition for my mayor of Homerville reelection.

Actually, there may be more to this Pats1yes than meets the eye, Nut.

Here's what he wrote to you, 10 days after joining the board this month:

So what we have here is a fella who 1) wants to censor the posters 2) is evidently feeling it's OK for him to label Patsnutme a heretic to the Patriot flag merely for having a different opinion and 3) is doing all this while doing EXACTLY what he rails against (i.e. complaining to us about some Mod on a Jet fanboard).

Anyone else smell a rat?

Sorry, but I think my post is the first asking people to "cool it".

FWIW, there have been a series of posts asking for restraint in posting each negative media mention as a separate thread. You might recall an earlier attempt to contain the thread explosion by offering a single stickied thread for each day's media hits. The general response of the board was that the multiple threads were preferred, so I dropped the stickies after a couple of days. People seem to like some daily fresh meat to talk about, even if it's just media bashing. So be it.

BTW, I can't help but notice that this is the first thread you've started in weeks. If you're tired of the negative media obsession, why not take a positive step and start threads on another topic!
