Tom Brady and Mike Vrabel. Brady #1 rated QB
and Vrabel # 1 ahead of Bob Sanders. This season is going to be historic. Bills coach said the Pats ..."are a team with no weaknesses"...

It's getting tough to not gloat and expect a record season, especially when they have the added "disrespect" incentive. I'm not afraid to say it because I don't believe in jinx's, ...never mind, I won't say it.....

Patriots are looking great, but the Colts are still out there. Gotta beat them, which hasn't been done in a little while, or it's just another good season.

Honestly, I think the Steelers are a bigger threat than the Colts.

I think its way to early to rank the Steelers that high. It was an easy start for them. We need to see how they are after they play a few good teams.

Brady is on fire, but I'd take Sanders over Vrabel. Hard to compare positions, but The Hitman has put a lickin' on the offense this year.

Oh man, there are a number of teams that could find the key.

Hey, I think that our NFC schedule will be tough. I know, I can here the groans from you all, but I have watched the Skins, and if they get the running game going, look out. I think that you just never know. We can be assured that we will see the best from all these teams. They will soon start going for it on 4th down with us. I am not kidding. There will be some teams that will push all the chips to the center of the table. It will be a great season.

Also, I still think that teams are evolving. We saw the Eagles do a 180 yesterday. The Giants also. Who knows? The Ca-boys look perty good too. All these teams want desperatly to show the world that they are the team to beat.

This is gonna be good.

Keep on thinking you're a team with "no weaknesses"

The Colts are still the best Team. Unless they fall apart before we go against them they are #1. Power rankings don't decide who is #1 the players on the field do.

For now we move on to the Bengals.

The Steelers are playing good football, against the Browns, Bills, and the 49er's, all up and coming teams. It would be nice if they played a team that made the playoffs within the last 5 - 10 years. We'll see what the Steelers are made of when they play Denver at home, Bengals at home and the Ravens at Heinz. If they blow out those teams, then their a team to be concerned about.

The Pats are playing as well as any team I've ever seen.
They are as dominate as the Cowboys at thier height with Aikman, only with a chip on thier sholder thanks to the stupid Jets.
Great move there. Let's piss off the most talented team in the league. Now they have an "us against the world" mentality and are out to prove each week that the videos didn't help them win.
If there is a team that can go undeafed, it's this year's Pats.

Lack of blowout wins doesn't prove that a team isn't great.

The Pats sure seem to be a great team. But the Colts are probably a great team too -- defending Super Bowl champions topping off many years of excellence. And the Steelers may turn out to be a great team as well.

Nothing is assured yet, and that's waaaaay understating the point.

Agreed 100%. I went through many, MANY years of regular season blowouts to just get shut down in the playoffs.

Long, LONG season. And the champs are 3-0. A win is a win is a win. No matter how you do it. Pats fans should know that better then anyone else considering that's how you built this dynasty.
