Once he has that he will go back to "ME, ME, ME." He'll take a huge payday from some cellar dweller and be the asshat we all know he is deep down inside.
I don't know about that. There's also the chance that he realizes that the money he gets from endorsements is significantly more than any contract, and that by staying in New England he has the chance to play Rice to Brady's Montana.

I don't think so. The Oakland thing taught him a lesson. He might go to another top team (Pit, Indy, etc) if they empty the bank for him, but he won't just follow the money again.
At this point, his reputation, stats, oportunities to get rings, legacy, and possible HOF entry are far more important to him than money. If he stays here and excels, it makes it look like the previous stuff was just the biproduct of other crappy situations.
If he leaves here and gets himself into another bad situation, all that goes up in smoke.
The pats have arguably the best QB in the NFL and certainly the best Head Coach in the league. They have a great Oline, RB, defense, and complimentary receiving targets. He is in the perfect situation. Leaving that would be dumb.
The pats will offer him a long term contract at 5-6M per year and he'll take it.
Wake up and smell the coffee man. Once he has the ring, he will be like Dillon and a thousand other thugs. He will go back to his old ways and start stock-piling the money. He will want to get what he can while he can.
I've seen this movie before, only the names have changed.
But maybe he will be the exception, not the rule. But don't bank on it.
