This is bound to be a issue with Bill's fans. Upon caual observation it appears that he put his elbow out and hit Losman. I did not see if he was pushed into Losman or was falling and was just trying to break his fall. Kinda reminds me of Carson Palmer's injury in the playoffs a few years ago. Anyone with a better view of the play?

I hate to say it....but it did look alittle dirty to me:(

Looked to me like he got pushed from behind and was trying to brace his fall. I don't think there was anything intentional about it.

It looked bad, but I don't think it was intentional. That is not Wilfolk's style, at all!

Looked OK to me. Wilfork had some momentum which caused the hit to be a little late. Bad place for a knee to be for a hit like that. I don't think it was intentional.

pushed into the guy. Threw his elbow MAYBE to "reach out and touch someone," but the "bracing himself" theory is certainly plausible.

It looked to me that he was pushed and hit Losman as he was going down.

Wilfork was falling forward, and it looked like it wasn't intentional at first. He may have put that elbow out a little farther than he needed to, though.

I don't have tivo so if someone here does please check this. At full speed it looked like Wilfork was being pushed from behind by someone falling onto the back of his legs which is why he was low. The elbow was probably just him trying to break his fall.

That's the way I saw it at full speed, but the replays they showed didn't show the original angle of the full speed shot.

I'm thinking that if Wilfork meant to hurt Losman on that play he probably would have been hurt worse than he was.

Wilfork doesn't really have a history of trying hurt people. And God knows taking Losman out only helped them, if only for that one touchdown drive.

I watched it a couple of times and it looked like wilfork was falling over an O-lineman and swatted at loseman as he went down. I don't think it was "dirty" but I'll have to watch it again on the DVR.

If someone who has the game on their dvr could upload the play onto youtube or something that would awesome

I agree
He looked like he was out of control and falling
If he had intended to cause damage and was in control it would have been ugly.
Plus why would we need to take out Losman out of the game?

Wilfork broke the rules, and paid the penalty.

Reverse the roles and picture someone hitting Brady like that and think of the uproar in this place.

He was definately pushed into Lossman, but he did not need to throw his forearm up.

He is going to get fined for that.

And he should.

I know I would be in a rage if someone hit Brady like that

Looked to me like he was tripped up at the line and put his arm out to brace his fall. He was already falling before he hit JP.

It's hard for me to feel bad about Losman getting someone pushed into his knee when the NFL doesn't give two shtis when a Jaguar leads with his helmet and drills Brady in the back.

**Sorry, this makes me come off as an ass. I don't like to see anyone injured, but they happen and it's unfortunate Losman was, but there have been much dirtier plays made against Brady than this.

If he did do that little extra was it a little revenge for what Losman said earlier in the week.

I feel terrible for losman, but i don't think it was intentional. I am amazed he slowed down as much as he did. It is physically impossible to slow that much weight so fast.
