Looks good so far. Let's not get too far ahead. SD is a fraud. The Bills stinks and the Jests aren't much better.

Colts, Steelers, Dallas, Ravens, Eagles and Redskins will be the toughest games of the year. If the Pats go 5-1, 4-2 during that stretch we can get excited.

Colts are still by far the best team in the league.

Don't forget our friends the Broncos who will be in the playoff mix either.

I don't know about by far. But I think its clear NE and IND are the class of the NFL once again. Remember, Indy used to have the same hot start NE is having this season... blowing everybody out. Didn't get them much but a bunch of division titles.

I love the way Indy is playing. I also think NE is amazing. November will be fun.

Yup, Colts are playing well - I don't think anyone could honestly say "by far" with a straight face the way the Pats are plyaing

But Ryan offers good firsthand reminders - such as they year that Manning broke the TD record, that Brady's now on pace to break...

Did the team win a Super Bowl that season? 'nuff said.

I've seen a Pete Carroll coached team get off to a similar hot start.

If I'm Belichick and Brady I'm reminding my team about sloppy first quarter play - which I think did serve as a wake up call, but makes it clear that if the team's playing up to expectations, no one can beat them, but they are human and do have lapses as they showed in the 1st Q.

Not that I'm not enjoying this immensely - nor forgetting that this team is NOT YET AT FULL STRENGTH on defense.

But I just wouldn't want to see the team or the fans get too carried away.

What a moron you are.............

this post reveals you as a fraud. Indy held on in Houston and it was even Ten. played then real tough to the end so far.

NE has BLOWN AWAY 3 teams, 1 that sucks and 2 that are OKAY. I agree that it's still early, but don't be stupid. This team is scary good and can ONLY get better.

p.s. I agree with Ryan. Indy and NE make the rest of this league look silly.

We can be confident
that the team won't be.

Us?
That may be a different story.

RYAN ... good to see ya again, lad !

Will the Dolts need to crank up the heaters in the dome, like they did last year in the AFCC game, again?

All I am saying is don't crown them yet. One game at a time.

Conditioning my friend. :)

We may have a troika after all, but with Pitt playing the role originally reserved for SD.

After all, they HAVE won a Super Bowl more recently than the Pats, and their QB is presumably maturing (in a variety of ways). And it's an organization that drafts well.

I'd say they are quite dominant but let's see how it is after week 10. I believe they will be 10-0 by then but ya never know what can happen. This could possibly be, if not the most dominant team possibly the best team the Pats have ever fielded in their history!
