RIDICULOUS. What a bunch of a-holes. Please - I guess - summarize.

ahahaahaaa they should a clip of LT crying on the sidelines.. "We are getting our ass kicked".. hahahah:singing:

3 out the 4 are really ********s.....I knew Chris Carter would be a support of the Pats....Nothing about the tape being copied and giving to fox....Bob Costa is a the biggest one of all....BE LOUD AND PROUD....

Wouldn't Brady know if he was being fed defensive calls in his helmet before
the snap?
Wouldn't Brady being going all Peyton Manning with audibles after receiveing the call seconds before the play clock winds down?

Brady said it never happened. "It's absurd".
So everybody calling the Patriots cheaters has to call Brady a liar.
Where are these people doing that?
Haven't seen it.
Let's get straight to the crux and knock off the ****yfooting around, media.

What I did like, when they showed highlights of the game, Brady went down the Patriots bench after the first TD, and was yelling in each players face, "we are not finished". Continue with the cheating rhetoric (more cowbells) as it only fuels this team.

Even everybody's favorite reporter Reiss does it in his latest mailbag:

The coach-to-quarterback communication shuts down with 15 seconds left on the play clock, or when the ball is snapped. If all the stars were aligned, and the coaches processed the defensive signal with the defensive personnel on the field, I do think it's possible there could be time to relay that information to the quarterback. But you also have to account for the fact that one pre-snap shift could change everything. On the whole, I think the on-field impact is minimal. But my feeling is that the Patriots were doing it with the idea that if it works once, and it works on the one play that often decides a game, it was worth it. The premise is that the more information you have at your disposal to make a decision, you increase your odds to make a better decision.

That's right. The media ran with this story and assumed the Pats were using the videotaping of these signals during the game. Even Reiss had a diagram accompanying one of his articles in the Globe that showed how this could be used during the game and Madden opened his comments on Sunday with how the relay of signals to the quarterback could be a huge advantage.

No one, other people on this board, is mentioning that Belichick specifically denied this point and it is further supported by the Commissioner's comments that it did not impact the outcome of the game. I do not believe the commissioner would have said this if they were relaying signals simultanteously to Brady's headset. I also do not believe Belichick would have made such a formal statement on this point. As per Brady's denial, this is ludicrous. BUT IT APPEARS THAT THIS IS WHAT EVERYONE THINKS - THE MEDIA RAN WITH THIS STORY AND NEVER REALLY RETRACTED IT.

The media also assumes this is the use because it the only real way they can label the Pats as cheaters. They don't understand why they would record the video for future use, but that is their pathetic misunderstanding of Belichick and the enourmous amont of preparation he puts into every game. As Jimmy Johnson mentioned, this is really of little use, but it "could" be and Belichick will not leave any stone unturned. If they are stupid enough to use the same signals or coaching tendencies in a later game with the Pats, he will be ready.

the funny thing is its still not cheating. Lets say they crack the code on their own (which they did in the 1st quarter of the Jets game) they could still talk to brady in the headset tell him whats coming and it would %100 legal. there is no rule against stealing signals just in how you record them.

Keep on posting, 1bolt. You've been a nice addition to the board.
