Justin Miller, the Jets only Pro Bowler last year, is out for the season with a knee injury. Miller made the Pro Bowl returning kicks, and is also a backup CB.

I posted this in the Vising Locker Room forum but . . . yeah, too damn bad there Eric. Boo freaking hoo.

Karma's a b!tch and so is Mangini. That said, Miller's not that big a loss. He blows.

I wouldn't wish injury on a guy, even if he does wear the evil green. I felt bad for Chad one week ago...

This actually saddens me. Miller is one of the worst corners in the league.

I'm crying on the inside. Really.

After this past week, outside of death and paralysis, I no longer have any pity for any NFL team or player, outside of the Pats.

Any time Mangina puts him on the field he obviously thinks he's better than the next guy who will now be on the field.

I'm with you there, man.

Tonya Harding situation?

They'll win 6 games without him, the same 6 games they would have won with him.

That's a great point. Let's hope Miller's replacement is worse. :D

I'm not ignoring his obvious talents in the kicking game. I just think he's a TERRIBLE CB and so it's less of a loss, in that sense. I don't root for injuries, but I certainly have no problem once they happen of being glad the jets are facing adversity. They deserve it. They had basically ZERO injuries last year and a cupcake schedule. This is what the NFL is actually like. As for the other stuff that's been going on, payback is much like Karma sometimes. A-holes.

I take no joy in hearing about injuries to players, even Jets player.

However if a player at full speed goes to the sideline and wipes out The Rat, that would be totally awesome. :rocker:

I do for The Jest this year - although the only life altering bad things I would root for are to Eric the Rat.

I never like to see anyone get injured and miss the year but when its a JET I couldnt be happier
