Boycott the NFL

I haven't posted here in some time. I have been lurking reading about this fn witch hunt and I am pissed off. As fans what can we do to support our team?

I purchased the NFL package from Direct TV last month. I think my way to support my team is to first call direct tv and cancel my subscription to the NFL package. I love to watch football but I can't stand what's happening to my team. "This ***** is just wrong! and has to stop!" So today I am calling and doing just that. I will not watch another non-Patriot game this year.


I will no longer be visiting ESPN or any other site that supports the NFL and this witch hunt Period!

The commissioner pretty much represents the NFL. He's the one who handed down the punishment and apparently is continuing his witch hunt. So it makes sense to send our message with our dollars.

If they run BB out of the nfl, which it looks like what they are trying to do, im done watching/buying. Which actually isnt such a bad thing, I spend WAAAY too much on patriots crap.. $70 for a fake Moss jersey, unreal.

I'm going to try to skip watching tonight, pretty turned off to the NFL already, It'll be the fisrt game i've missed since the mid 90's if I have the willpower.

I am with you man. I will watch tonites game, but with this **** continues and NFL drives Patriots into the ground with this BS then I will stop watching any games. This league is slowly becoming crap, all this parity and ***** penalties and now Intern Commissioner who thinks he can destroy anyone's life. This is ridiculous!

And if you choose go the game and yell loudly in support of the team, and Belichick. The choice is yours.

For those who will choose not to watch the NFL or who want Kraft to destroy the power of the NFL, I can only give my sentiments. Enjoy your baseball. The media will then be your friend.

I'll keep watching. I enjoyed the nail biter, hoping Peyton would get beat on a last minute drive. But I can still enjoy the game without being such a blatant consumer of NFL products.

Segue, but does anyone know what the NFL does with the money it collects in fines? I hope it gets donated to charity.

Just watch the games and ignore the other nonsese (including the Globe and the Herald).

That said I really hate Sunday Night games. Getting up early on Monday sucks. :bricks:

Just remember the NFL has great competition - it's called College Football and it kicks ass too.
