I would not be surprised if at every away game that the Pats play, some sign in the stands would reference cheating. Also, if any of you guys post on other teams' boards - any opinion that you express will be discarded and ignored with a quick reference to Pats being cheaters. Every game that you lose will have been lost because you were stripped of your ability to cheat and every game that you win will be because you found a way to cheat again. Every past and future accomplishments will be seen with an asterist by opponsing fans

No problem. Good football is good football and you guys have the best team right now in the league. That is clearly why this is even a big deal. If the Browns were caught doing this - no one would even care.

Even with this mess, I see BB doing everything right - taking responsibility, not blaming any of his assistants, apologizing to the appropriate parties and then moving on to real football issues like the Chargers game this week.

Enjoy the rest of the season and ignore all the stupid cheap shots that will come your way (I'm sure a bunch of Steeler fans have already taken their turn - including some Steelers players ... I'm embarassed for them. I wish they would just shut up and play the game)

Good point-now let's say, this happened to the DALLAS COWBOYS-wow, that THAT would be a crippling blow right there to "America's Team".

OTOH-if, let's say, Sean Payton was caught doing this in New Orleans, they would continue to get SYMPATHY, why? The experts and the mainstream public will keep using the "Katrina" excuse.

Fact: ALL of us are going to hear some shocking news regarding how wide-spread espionage is in the NFL.

I am 100% certain that steeler players in the 70s and on took steroids - did it help them win? Only if all the other teams players did not take any steroids?

As for the pats - I bet 20+ teams have some organized plan in place to steal signs. No, this is not the reason why the pats win games.

So what? Fans are allowed to root for their home team, and are expected to make life as difficult as possible for their team's opponent of the week. It means nothing.
