I know they are all saying the right thing to the media. However, I would be pissed. I guess the key is how the use that emotion. Alot of people are saying Brady had to know. I do not think they were telling during the game when a blitz coming. Brady could make a statement but only Pats fans would believe him. I wonder if this changes Bradys relationship with Belichick.

the players dont give a crap about this this is just a overblown overhyped story by the media, they are probably ribbing him today about the fine, and joking with him this will all die down relax

I think Brady migth be a bit more preoccupied...being a father. Lets see concentrate on his first born child or worry about something completely out of his hands.

i hope you are right. The players are human thou.

There is one player that won't be replaced by a 2008 first round draft pick. Seriously, the players don't care.

This has 2003 "They hate their coach" all over it.

These guys would go to the depths of hell for this guy.

Let's also please keep in mind that the only thing conclusively the Patriots are guilty of is violating a video recording policy. Why would players be up in arms about that. No official statement has been made with regard to the Patriots being guilty of cheating and Belichick's statement flatly DENIES cheating.

So, why are the players pissed again?

Since they play in the league and know the game better than any pinhead mediot, the players are smart enough to realize the following:

1) All teams try to steal signals. That's why in baseball, the catcher hides signals between his legs, in football, the coach covers his mouth when he calls in a play, etc. It's part of the game.
2) All the Pats are guilty of is violating a video recording policy. The policy itself is somewhat open to interpretation. Other teams are als out here recording on the sidelines and nobody seems to care.
3) The penalty did not fit the crime. A first round pick for violating a rule that is a technicality that everyone violates anyway? Crazy. (Incidentally, I think Mangini had no clue he would create such a ****storm over this. I suspect he figured he'd just be tweaking the Pats and earning them a slap on the wrist.)

These facts will lead the players to conclude that there was a witchunt against BB, the Patriots, and by extension, them.

This will piss the players off and make them even more motivated.

The fact that other morons are out there saying how this questions the integrity of past victories will piss them off and motivate them even more. Teams on the special ****list will include:

- Jets
- Steelers
- Eagles
- Chargers

I think we play all these teams this year. :)

I agree...they are all millionaires who laugh all the way to the bank. It's a game not the real world.

Living in SanDiego it is hard to know what kind of relationship Belichick has with his players. the internet helps me get Boston news but there is alot of crap coming out of the radio here.

Bill has gotten his players 3 SB rings and mucho buckos. How would you feel about him if he were your boss? I'd kiss his ring finger.

They should be pissed at the NFL and the Media - all of whom know full well stealing signs is approved by the NFL.

But in order to hide the reality that everyone cheats, as it would really hurt their revenue - the NFL is making the Patriots scapegoats and media is going right along with it.

Loser players and other team fans meanwhile I deluding themselves that 1.) Their teams don't steal signs and 2.) they were unjustly denied wins.

That just shows what losers they really are.
