JMO,
I have not heard this term used but it seems most appropriate to
indicate what has happend in the last few days.

I would really think modern day man had moved away from that
terrible mentality. But it seems time has made little progress in
cultivating a nature of civility among people.
We deplored the lynch mobs of the past , the people who burned people
at stakes but .... are we really any different?
Then they used ropes and fire ... today we use words .... the
result is the same ... a scorched soul.

Why not let Belchick give his side?

Well, he will certainly have (or has already had) his chance to present his case to the commissioner. He will also have his chance to present his case to the general public but I have little doubt that he simply won't talk about the issue.

That is because he feels he owes an explanation to no one.

Only to his bosses. If he hasn't been straight with the Kraft, it is only a matter of how many games he has left. The punishment by the league would be largely irrelevant.

That is because he feels he owes an explanation to no one.

Hey buddy, you're not allowed to speak with civility around here!

Very nice insight. You're right. And it's not my opinion that you're right...it's a fact that you're right.

THANK YOU!

Re: Linch Mob Mentality

L-y-n-c-h!

you are correct.

I have seen it used as in "linch mob reporters" :)

But you are correct .. thank you.:rocker:

Now all patsfans know what it feels like to to be a republican politician with a hostile biased press.
