I enjoy reading the experts posting their take on upcoming games. This stupid video tape issue has taken over the whole board.

BB Likes to take away what the opponent does best. On offense it would have to be LT yet based on this week can they match Chicago's personnel to shuit him down they way they did? With injuries maybe not. What are your thoughts on how they'll keep him from running amuck?

As for the offense is concerned. Do you feel they will use the pass to open the run? There's one game sample so I'm intrigued at the thoughts of some of the posters on this board.

What do you think?

I say take the same approach we did in the play offs, Pass 1st and Run 2nd. We have better receivers this year and the Chargers secondary is as lame as last year. Wait till Jammer has to cover Moss. Moss will own him.

On defense, play Gates man to man and go after LT. Let their 3 lame wide receivers beat us. They did nothing against Chicago.

And after our big win, do the Lights Out dance in the middle off the field and thumb our nose at the rest of the NFL.

i'm not sure we can shut down LT, it could be a case of damage limitation.

I think its crucial our offence starts better than the playoff game last year. we struggled to get first downs, giving SD great field position. Our defence kept us in it big time.

Our run game will be slow starting, but thats ok, we have some WR's.

i would not be surprised if we get demolished this weekend...just too much stuff happening to focus on the game

Inquiring minds what to know.... Why? For a group of guys that support a team with 3 super bowls in 6 years, this is a really weird attitude!

Pats have to find a way to keep LT off the field. Same as the Chargers having to keep Brady off the field. Which team is better prepared to keep drives alive?

I see a game where the Patriots have a lot of big plays. Will they be scoring plays though? I think the Chargers can grind the ball with LT and a dink and dunk passing game. Charger could surprise and get behind the Pats D if they over commit to stopping LT and Michael Turner.

i thought this a few hours ago. i was thinking that with what has gone on, it would seem like an injustice if we won!

but now, i am thinking how fired up the players will be. they will want to prove a point. i am convinced we'll win

It won't be a close game, I'll tell you that. I can see this one going 28-7 either way, but no 24-23 squeaker here.

I think the too much stuff would work to their advantage. They don't read the media for the most part and LT's statements about how he's not surprised to learn they are cheaters is total bulletin board material. I think they'll put in the work and be prepared. Not to mention Foxboro will be rocking.

I don't believe anyone would pass up this game becuase of the whirlwind surrounding the team. This is the game to see. SD is PO'd and want revenge from last year. It's sold out and I'd be surpirsed to see any empty seats. (not counting the damn red seats)

Sorry it's like talk radio, the Fans will discuss what the Fans want to talk about. I'm sure they have been saying the same thing in Atlanta for quite some time.

Actually, I believe we have owned Moss over the years (yes, I know its apples and oranges because of Brady). However, Moss is nothing new to us. We know how to play Moss. Be my guest and cover Gates man to man (snicker, snicker). If you dont double team Gates, he will slowly tear you apart. Any by the way, let's stick with the game of football and not all the schananigans (dancing, cameras, interviews, commercials, etc). Let's get this thing started already.
