If players need comments like this to play their hardest then that doesn't say much about their professionalism.

To be honest I wouldn't mind injuring Tomlinson for a few games.

I've tried to keep my mouth shut about this but I can't take anymore of these cheap shots. This self-proclaimed ultra classy Tomlinson character was named co-NFL Man of the Year with Drew Brees for their charity work and good PR image last season. Should frequenting Waco strip clubs disqualify someone for this award? It's legal, sure, but I'm sure you could find other players, with lower profiles, who a) spend plenty of time working for the greater public good and b) do not visit strip clubs.
