Holy cow!

9 receptions for 183 yards and a TD!?!?!

With limited practice time?!?!?!

When I saw him go up and just snatch balls over the heads of Jet defenders and then when he shed triple-coverage like he was removing his dinner jacket on that TD, I was like "WOW"!

This dude is special. I guess I am seeing what Viking fans got to see all those years. You know a player in a different way when he plays for your team and you really watch him up close.

And I don't think he was even running at full-speed/strength on Sunday!

Brady to Moss/Stallworth/Welker/Gaffney...this is gonna be some fun she-ite to watch!

Where can I order my #81 jersey?

That long bomb he tracked down with the three defenders around him, I watched re-runs a number of times. On a couple of angles it looked like he went into a warped speed (in a smooth transition) as he broke away from the three defenders. This all happened when all players were running all out. Amazing how he just left all three players behind.

The balls that he caught on the sidelines, were great! He just went up and plucked it over the head of the defenders. Imagine what it is going t o look like when he and Brady get "in sinc" with the fade pass.

Nobody put the aquisition of Moss in better light than our old pal Fitzy when he said, "Moss has two speed, I don't give a ****, and wicked fast ****** awesome, and I think I know which one we are gonna see....."

I was wrong too! I kept saying he wouldn't play and I was annoyed he didn't get out on the practice field until last week! Randy schooled me (thank goodness)!

I thought he would make an impact but nothing like this. Personally I thought just his presence would open things up for Welker, Watson and Gaffney underneath and he would be used more as a decoy.

I was very impressed with his coordination and his hands. He is a natural receiver.

The other additions are nice and until yesterday I thought Maroney was the second most important player on offense. It is clearly Moss. Without him the team is much easier to defense but still not as bad as last year.

Thoughts for 08, take the money allotted to Stallworth & Washington and use it for Moss.

WRs for 08 - Moss, Welker, Chad Jackson
- maybe resign Gaffney add a draft pick and the group is very solid

Washington, Kelly 5,760,000 1,960,000 2,460,000 2,460,000 UFA
Stallworth, Donte' 6,373,386 4,873,386 6,373,386 6,373,386 6,373,390 UFA

At first I thought you were really Michael Felger but then I realized he'd never admit he was wrong.:D Actually I was cautiously optimistic but I never expected a performance like that.

Randy pulled a LT. Preseason....who needs preseason?

Welcome to MAAS - the Moss Appreciation and Admiration Society, ya'll. It takes some longer than others to realize that they need to be part of this group but once you set foot in this group there is no going back.

You can take solace in the fact that you aren't alone as late arrivals. Tons will be signing up today and in weeks to follow. The numbers will continue to rise as this season trots along. Oh, and the lumps will be easily absorbed knowing that we have one of the best QB's to ever lace em up tossing balls to arguably the most talented receiver to ever trot out onto a football field.

Welcome aboard. :singing:

Gee. Ya think? It wasn't like this was a tough call. Congrats on seeing the light.

Welcome to the club dude................

No shortage of man-love for our Moss now, huh?

Randy definitely exceeded my expectations. I thought with no preseason play and the injury he would just play a couple of plays at most. He gets my game ball for the day with our O/L.

Armen, ditto everything you said. Granted it is only 1 game, but he looks like he'll be fine. I was happy to see a relatively reserved TD celebration and he and BB on the sidelines, too.

I'm not ordering a Moss shirt, but he did get me to cheer for him yesterday :)

Speaking of people eating huge helpings of crow pie today did that nob John Dennis come clean and admit what a moron he was for saying that Moss was nothing but a team cancer?

I thought I saw Randy BLOCKING, too.
I'm pretty sure it was him.
He is drinking the Kool-aid

Not from me...

I will admit when I am wrong and that sucker proved me dead-arse wrong!

What was that little "lip-pucker, JJ Evans" thing he did to the Jets crowd after he scored a TD?

I LOVED that!
