Brady didn't get his uniform sweaty today. Best protection the OL has given a Patriot quarterback ever. Any of you old-timers remember the way Jim Plunkett used to get pilaged and plundered?

There was a lot more skill than just chucking it up there on the bomb to Moss. In triple coverage that throw was dead on and only thrown in 'the' spot to catch Moss in stride. Sure he had alot of time to do it, which was very impressive, but give Brady a little credit than just chucking it up there.

Brady had time to make a sandwich back there but there were at least three plays along the sidelines when Randy Moss toed the sidelines and the Jet fan were yelling that he stepped out but by the last one ( "Welcome to the NFL, Mr. Revis")they just threw their hands up in disgust.......

Brady has consistently delivered more with less (while getting nitpicked by his own fan base) than any HOF QB I can recall. Give him legitimate weapons and he is almost, well, Manningesque...

It seems to me that Scar must have had a talk with the OL after the Tennessee game.. Something to the effect of "If you guys want to keep your jobs, you better make sure the Franchise never gets killed like that again!"

Whatever the cause, the OL has played well since. Brady had all day to throw on numerous occasions.

It's cool that his 'Spidey sense' that allows him to move so well in the pocket also tells him when to sit still.

It's pretty easy to look good in the pocket when you have 5-8 seconds to throw. O-line was tremendous, but I'll be interested to see how things go next week.

It's no coincidence that the O-Line was so good today. Yes, they played an outstanding game, but it also had to do with matchups. They couldn't afford to commit their secondary to much blitzing for fear that Randy Moss or Wes Welker would make them pay big time. This reminds me of the Colts... other teams have so much to worry about when it comes to pressuring the quarterback.

Moss was amazing today. Great sideline catches along with the routine stuff. The fact that he can catch everything even remotely near him will make Brady very happy. This will be the year that Brady has a >100 passer rating for the year.

When they replayed it, I got out my stopwatch. It was somewhere around 4.5 seconds from the snap to Brady's throw.

I was just in awe all day at how Brady could just stand there and not worry about taking a sack.

If the OL does that again next week, then we start talking about crowning their a**es.

I recollect reading from one of the national print journalists ... sorry, didn't suspect i'd be citing him ... that Moss "ran a pattern to the post, and then suddenly veered left and loped away from his pursuers."
Words to that effect. I am certain about the break to the left part.

I wouldn't be shocked. Brady said as much in his interview that it wasn't a designed play. Amazing.

One thing I found curious was that after TD passes Brady normally is super pumped and jumps all over the reciever. Today, he just seemed to watch and run off the field.

He had incredible protection and was incredibly accurate... on Moss's TD catch - the ball just literally dropped out of the air into Moss's hands...

It looked effortless on both sides - Brady and Moss - though its clear we are dealing with two talented people who do appear to have their timing down very well with very little experience together... THAT's the scary thing.

I wouldn't go that far. I've seen him throw the ball far with great precision. However, in this particular case, it definitely seemed to be a matter of heaving it in Moss's general direction - Moss then adjust to where the ball was headed, and caught it in stride, making it seem as though Brady had thrown it on the money.
