This is why we and others hate the Colts...

I drafted Manning and all the guys in the league(Pats league) talked about how much of a traitor I was.

Here are some more:

Gomer's arrogance, oversized helmet and commercials.

Polian's meglomania.

Dungy being compared to Martin Luther King.

Comparing Dungy to Martin Luther King was one of the most ignorant and idiotic things I have ever heard spoken on television. King gave his life in the name of justice and equality. Dungy is a football coach.

I hope there is a national outcry over that one.

I'm sorry, all I heard was "WAAAAAHHH, WAAAAAAHHH, WAAAAAH"

Who and when was he compared to MLK? And Boomer, get the f&*k outta here. Don't you have a Cotl board to go to, bildo?

If you were listening to the broadcast which a few of you posters OBVIOUSLY were not, The context in which Dungy was compared to MLK was when Madden told a story about how somebody who saw him win the SB compared the moment (ie: a Black coach winning) to other great civil rights moments.

How about you just drop the Colt hating down a notch, I know it makes a lot of you mad to see them looking like a force again but just get used to it :rocker:

I think Andrea Kramer or or the PBP announcer...whatever his name is.

Me and my dad were just like 'WTF?' I think what MLK did was more important than football.

Um, ******...you are on a Patriot board. Um, they do the same thing on the Colt boards. You are a bit of a moron, huh?

Oh, and a force? Puhleeeease. Yup, truly frightened...jackass.

11 minutes left in the 4th quarter. Colts up 27-10. Third down and 3. Do they run the ball? NO, they throw the freaking ball. And they wonder why there are so many Colt haters...
This is professional football, not Pop Warner. Do you hate the Patriots for having Testaverde throw a TD against Tennessee when the game was well in hand..?

41-10, looks like the Aints are back

Why yes, then I guess I do. Sorry. I was being silly for stating the obvious. Carry on. Thanks for enlightening me.

LOL. On another forum some idiot started a thread about how Brees was better than Brady. He is eating a plateful of crow right now.

We'll see.

I find it amusing Boomer saying, "looking like a force again". I don't remember anyone here or anywhere else saying they were done. I think we have all said it is a three team race, Pats, Colts and Chargers. So, sorry Boomer...nobody here disrespected the Colts. I think we all felt that the team's losses would come back to bite 'em in the butt. It is one game...let's see how the losses are affecting them in week 8...

You know all you are gonna hear tomorrow is "My God, the Colts are going to win the Super Bowl again"!!!!...
That's okay. In 2002 after the first game we all thought we were on the fast track to another superbowl, too.

It's one game.

Let the seasons begin!

That's a pretty dumb assesment. 17 points with 11 minutes to play is by no means having the game on ice. Their best oppertunity to move the chains and chew another 2 minutes off the clock was throwing, how is that a reason to hate them? Now when the Colts are up 28-3 agaisnt the Titans with 2:30 to play and have the ball 3rd and 11 at the Tennessee 15 and they throw, now that's something to get mad about, not this situation.

This game was fun to watch. On mute of coarse. I know 41 points looks impressive. A lot was Indy's offense but a lot was also New Orleans lack of offense. New Orleans defense really handled Indy for 30 whole minutes. I was impressed. Also, Reggie Wayne is the number one target, not Harrison, and He's on my fantasy team.

hahaha you guys dont have much of a reason to hate the colts...yeah they beat u last year in the conference championship game, but u guys were the ones who blew a 21-3 lead...u let them back in the game and u guys dominated them during your super bowl runs...i hate the pats wayyyyyy more than u guys should hate the colts....u guys beat us 7 straight times before last years upset in foxboro 17-14 jets...u guys will probably beat us on sunday...you guys arent even in the same division as indianapolis...and belichick, brady, moss (favorite player in the NFL before traded to NE)...i hate them all and they will probably kick our ass this year

plus...tony dungy and peyton manning will do wahtever to win the game...throw the ball, get the first...run that clock down and get the W

I'm as big a Pats fan as their is, but listening to all this whining is pathetic. Face it, the Colts manhandled a team many predicted to be Super Bowl contenders. They looked good on offense and defense, and there is nothing to argue there. And of course the Saints looked bad, the Colts made them look bad. I think any real fan would worry more about their own team and less about the competition.

I never hate the opposition. I root against them. I never fear them either. As a fan I don't fear any team. Even when rooting for Sox vs Yanks. So the Colts look impressive on national TV. Maybe they will be overconfident when they play an AFC team.
