Now, this is the first thing I will say, this is not to be a thread for smack. If you absolutely have to call me a name or do anything of that nature, take it to another thread or take it up with me in a PM.

In my blog spot for Finheaven, I'm doing an 8 part 2007 season series and this time I'm starting with the NFC West.

Flame the picks or the content all you want but let's not make this personal. Let's try to have a good football conversation for once and get this thing rolling.

Let us know when you actually learn how to have a good football conversation. You have not done it yet since you came to this board.

I've not even finished reading the 1st 2 paragraphs and already I've seen a run on sentence and a lack of capitalization.

You switch back and forth between I and We, improperly. This gives you the look of a psychopath who can't decide between talking about himself in the 1st person or in the 3rd person.

Its called Freedom OF Speech, not Freedom ON Speech. And you claim to want to be a journalist? OH, btw, you may want to do some more research on Freedom of Speech because there are things that it does NOT protect. Like Freedom of Speech does not protect you from being ridiculed. And it does not protect you in the event that your words incite a riot or impinge on the Rights of others.

Obsession is a noun, not an adjective.

You completely ignore the talent that the Cardinals added. In particular, Levi Brown at RT to protect Leinhart's blind side on offense. Then you ignore Alan Branch and Buster Davis on the defense.

What you also ignore is the developments that have occurred in training camp to this point. The Cardinals losing Okeafor and Oliver Ross.

You offer up nothing in the way that the teams have looked in the pre-season.

This article comes across as someone who just looked as what was on paper and didn't do much research.

Unfortunately, we are MORE than capable. YOU, on the other hand, are not. Your "blog" was found wanting. Your analysis was shallow and really didn't look at a lot of things that could factor into how the teams will do.

For example: You don't talk about how Alex Smith will do with a new offensive coordinator.

You didn't talk about Chiki Okeafor and Oliver Ross being lost to season ending injuries.

You don't talk about how Seattle will react to the loss of Darrell Jackson, who was their best receiver last year.

You don't talk about how Fakhir Brown, who is a damn good CB, is going to be after being suspended for 4 games and how that will affect the team. You also don't talk about how Adam Carricker is being used at NT by the Rams and how he seems to have taken to it like a fish to water.

So, forgive me if I think your "blog" is nothing but a poor attempt at blog and leaves much to be desired.

Now if you could just bring up those topics rahter than just start name calling we can actully achieve something here.

No, we could not.
It is hopeless to teach pigs to fly.

Considering that I didn't call you any names, you must have a problem with reading comprehension. But that is not surprising. It just adds to the mounting evidence that you are just too stupid for your own good.

But in turn you respond with name calling. What does it do for you? I don't get it.

Again, you show your lack of reading comprehension. I didn't call you a name. I described you. Of course you don't get it. You aren't intelligent. My 7 year old step daughter is smarter than you.

"That appears to be the question with this whole team; they remind me of the 2006 Miami Dolphins, just too many questions all around the board"

Quote of the day, coming from someone who predicted the '06 Dolphins to win 12-13 games and walk away with the AFC east title.

All smack talk aside, I pretty much agree with Aqua that the Rams will take the division, with Seattle still in the playoff mix.

Personally, I think the Cardinals will make the jump to .500. Their offensive line is improving fast, and their defensive front 7 is, personnell wise, well equipped for the switch to a 3-4. They have plenty of raw talent on that defensive line, and if either Gabe Watson or Alan Branch can make the jump, their defense can be decent.

As for the Niners, I predict a step backwards. Their big offseason investments were all overpaid and overrated. Michael Lewis was benched last year, and we know of TBC's strengths...and limitations. While the linebacker unit is potentially fantastic, their defensive line is sorely lacking the talent and depth to catapult the unit to the top of the division. They're a well coached team headed in the right direction, but I think this will be a tough year for them.

Yeah, you're right. Calling me stupid isn't calling me a name. Man, you're not smart at all.

What the **** does that have to do with how the Dolphins actully did? I'm saying the Fins had high expectations but had too many questions, that's exactly how I feel about the Niners, moron.

Perfect--a poster finally tries to give you a reasonable response and you insult him.

You never did answer my questions Travis W. Why do you continue to come to a forum in which no members appreciate your self-assessed writing talent and football expertise? Why do you continue to expect Patriots fans that you consistently insult to respond to you with anything but derision?

Let's hear it.

In the real world outside of here, these comments are called "hints".. these hints indicated that you are not liked, not respected and subtly mean that you should move on to a very juvenile board or a miami board, both are interchangeable and choose whatever you like. Here you will continue to get beat up, by some of the most intelligent and game savvy football fans in internetdom.. if you feel that we are being unfair to you, we are.. you can move on.

Interesting response to a FOOTBALL content post, because just a couple posts previously you (WaterBoy) whined, "But in turn you respond with name calling. What does it do for you? I don't get it."

You are a classic.
