Randy Moss was on Total Access tonight... Basically said he was happy to be on the Patriots team, he likes BB, and thinks Tom Brady is knocking on the doors of being the greatest QB to play the game... Says he likes the hard work and winning attitude on the team and looks forward to "tearing up the league"... :D

sounds good I'll catch it later. only problem is I think he has knocked the door down.

No questions about how his hamstring was or when he expected to get back
on the field?

It's not like I expect a meaningfull answer, was just curious how well BB has taught Moss how to be vague.

He said he felt good and was ready to play but he wasn't asked directly about his hamstring, just how his health was...

Also it was humorous to see the 300 lb Jamie Dukes argue with the 175 lb Jim Mora about if they would take Moss on their team. Mora gave a commanding no which explains to me why he isn't a coach anymore. "Playoffs?!?" :D

Moss sounds like a completely different person. He's completely brainwashed.

It's fantastic.

No SH!T. If you even get a chance to see this interview, many will wonder who stole Randy's soul and replaced it with a Patriots standard issue one. Talk about swallowing the cool aid.

The quote that I liked best was his response to the question about going to the Pats for a ring. He said NO. That's not the Patriot philosophy. All he's doing is going to work each day, working hard, and doing what he can to help the team win games. Winning games is ALL that matters.

HUH!!!??? who is that tall guy. That doesn't sound like the jerk we all hated before he came here. :D

Interesting, though Mora said he wouldn't take him on HIS team, he fell that he'd do well in NE because Randy gets into trouble when his team isn't doing well and he doesn't get enough balls. He mentioned that he didn't think those would be issues in NE. They will win, and he will get balls

If I were at the table I would have asked him, "Jim, then what's the problem. You sound like you wouldn't take him, because you're worried that the team you coach wouldn't be good enough to deal with Randy Moss, or you wouldn't have the lockerroom to deal with Randy Moss, or you aren't the coach who could deal with Randy Moss". :D

Thanks to Sky TV in the UK, we now get NFL Total Access over here, and that particular edition is on right now :)

I have a friend who lives in Minnesota who remains a big Randy fan. He's absolutely stunned at what he is seeing and agrees that Moss has matured immensely and is acting completely different from what he is used to.

He's convinced that the MVP will come down to a toss up between Brady and Moss. And it's worth pointing out that between Moss, Ortiz and Garnett, he doesn't have a lot of love for the New England sports scene.

edit: I also thought it was telling who he mentioned when talking about all the great players. He started with defensive guys: Bruschi, Harrison, and then mentioned Faulk and Troy Brown on offense before remembering he couldn't leave out his "dog" number 12. with the exception of Brady, those aren't the most skilled players on the team. But they are the biggest leaders. so i think it says something that Randy is relating to the leaders of the team and isn't focusing necessarily on how much talent he gets to play with.

i am sure Randy Moss is very motivated to be with us ; he clearly showed it

good...

Very impressive interview. It's interesting to contrast a guy like Moss, who is essentially playing on a one year contract, just trying to go out and win vs Samuel who would also be on a one year contract and refuses to even take the field.

IMO the situations aren't really comparable. Moss has already had his payday and Samuel already has his ring.

Simply head over to NFL.com and click on Randy on the right there under the NFLN banner.

Another one drinks the Kool AId - amazing to hear him now, simply amazing.

 It's safe to say we can put the Randy Moss is going to be a Cancer on this team to rest. Definately not the same guy

But, I do think it is possible that someone swung a pengulum in front of him for awhile.

I also like the Colston fantasy football snippet before the Moss video...Real cool

Hearing Moss say these things . . . I can add only one thought:

Keep that holdout going strong, Darrelle! :D

Completely off Topic but anyone else find it funny that Three of the biggest stars in boston sports are coming from minnesota (I know they just played and dont really come from there but) and none of them will play for the bruins. hey bruins take a clue from the pats sox and celts and find some talent in Minnesota I hear there are good hockey players there.
