Heath Evans a 92.

Just as funny as Patrick Pass being an 88 last year.

Saw it. They make Maroney a power back...with high trucking...90 speed...90 agility.

That's crap.

Maroney is faster than that. Hes a 94 IMO with speed.

Thats rating for a fullback, he would be lower as a tailback. Watch some tape and see who springs all the big runs.

I'm assuming Heath is a family member?

Nope just a student of the game and I appreciate the guys who do the little things that go unnoticed by alot of fans. Guys I love to watch play include him, Willie Andrews, Pierre Woods, Jarvis Green and Mike Wright. Past players include Larry Whigham, Ray Lucas, Corwin Brown and Tim Goad. They just play the game so well unnoticed and in a way that flies under the radar. Ask opponents and teammates how valuable these guys are.

Daniel Graham or Logan Mankins on most of them if you want to be honest. Evans is a decent FB, but nothing spectacular. He's not even close to being a Lorenzo Neal or a even a Sam Gash.

Those ratings are just SILLY.

Good God, Samuel is 96!!

Moss and Stallworth both have 97 speed...ohhh yaa.

Asante should be 90 tops IMO,

asante should be 90 tops IMO

The way he played last year he's right where he is right now.

He played great last year so 96 is fine.

Jarvis is a bit low, IMO.

And I doubt very much that James is BETTER than Hobbs.

Reche Caldwell rating remains at 80 after a career year and Jabar Gaffney drops to a 74 after what he did in the playoffs??? R u serious??? Both of these guys had career years with the Patriots!!!

And Chad drops to a 73 because injury...91 speed only? 88 jumping only? 91 acceleration?

Wow.

I know he was injured but you don't lower him for injury when he showed his ability. Sure...take his route running down but speed...catch...jumping should all remain the way they did.

I can't believe no one has mentioned Rosevelt Colvin! That was the one rating I was most pissed off about. How could he go from 89 in 07 to an 86 in 08?! I am pretty sure Rosie was an 89 last year. He problably had his best year in 2006 and somehow he goes down.

Nothing else bugged me too much. The recievers ratings seemed fine except they showed no love for Gaffney.

They change the ratings so it keeps the game competitive; everyone online would just be the Patriots if they were unstoppable. Though I have no idea why Hobbs is rated lower than Tory James, Heath Evans is so overrated, and Ty Warren is only an 89.

Then again no one accused the Madden team of ever doing research.

No way Asante Samuel is a better position player than Ty Warren. What are they thinking?

We could argue all day but I really don't think Asante is a 96/99...especially checking out some of the other ratings I've seen...

Holy Sh*t, we need to get Samuel into camp right now. We can't live without a 96 back there

I think his agent works for Madden.
